I purchase my cameras several years ago worked ok now all the ads and now I have to purchase service to use them. I bought because I wanted to watch if my wife fell when she was outside. It is now the flustered
app I ever had, never was indicated that I had to purchase service. I was telling everyone about how great the cameras was now it is a piece of garbage I will burn them and make a version of it on facebook.

SCAM SCAM SCAM. absolute SCAM. They give no free features.
Very limited live view.
Demands £50 per year for subscription to allow access to use your own sd card for playback. Felt very good after introducing my sledgehammer to this crappie business merch.

Blocked by adds all the time, so you can’t use your cameras

These used to be good cameras but aggressive pop up ads for AI subscriptions every time you check in make them annoying and frustrating. I've already subscribed and I've repeatedly said I'm not interested in AI. Find another brand of camera, Yi have gone to sh!te.

It use to be the best camera on the market with SD storage and very user friendly. Now the cameras are completely trash and useless. Worst costumer service and cameras out today forcing you to buys their subscription. Thanks for nothing Yi!

It is unfair that this company is trying force users to buy there cloud service. I can't access my cameras without watching ads because I do not subscribe to your cloud services, if I to quickly look at the camera i can't for ads running. This is not fair to the consumer. If this continues I have no other option but to dump these cameras and get some new ones from another company.

Their app is worst marketing abd bussines case I have ever seen! Spend so much mobey on cameras and now they are useless!

After having viruses on my phone I had a company remove programs and they got rid of the virus. I re-download Yi since I have 4 cameras for many years. The virus came from this company download. Do not ever go with YI.

You can never use the camera because of constant ads popping up, links that takes you off onto other sites, then more ads start when you eventually get back to your camera, such a rubbish service, makes you wander what they're upto?
I chucked mine in the bin, because thats all its good for

I bought 3 cameras that advertised yi iot cloud service...only 1 had it...the other 2 required a different cloud service...towell...which is even worse...I'm not finding a way to add pictures..but the plan is a lie...I'm disappointed Google doesn't look after there users better...the customer service number can only be retrieved from GOOGLE serch..or other search engines...the # is a scam right from the beginning...eventually after listening to a message that was laughable...I was prompted to push 1 to claim some stuff I had no interest in...that's as far as my research went. No chance I'd push 1....so many do....DON'T...

Now you can’t even watch recorded events stored on local microSD cards unless you pay extra.
The product continues to get more and unusable.
I paid for the cameras and local storage and now I’m completely locked out.

Absolutely shocking company

We're absolutely brilliant cameras when I first purchased them but there's that many ads before you can look at the recording they are a complete waste of time mine are going in the bin as even when you get to recording another ad pops up blocking the camera JUST DONT BUY THESE AS NOW TOTALLY CRAP

I’ve just discarded my Yi cameras as I am being bombarded by unwanted and unmovable ads. It seems I’m not alone. The sole purpose of these so called security cameras is to allow immediate access to alerts, not wait over four minutes for unwanted ads and then find that you still cannot access the data. I would not recommend.

The ads are so intrusive that the cameras aren't worth it at all. Very sad situation but with the ads being so intrusive this product is garbage.

I have had YI cameras for several years and was initially pleased with them. However, they are all but useless now due to the pop up ads when you open the app. It can take an age to get to the camera feed. So if an emergency then the moment has passed by the time you get to the camera. To cap it all an add today totally locked my phone and I had to hard boot to get back in.
No on Amazon checking alternatives. You have lost me as a customer. 😕

Camera hardware also full problems. No connecting and no Alarm or false alarm. Verry bad !!! Dont buy shit!!! Be warned!!! App start after 1 minute poker and gambling comercials. Ful of span shit !!!

I wouldn't rate them, they are the worst company to deal with and there products are disgraceful. I have 3 cameras that don't work under 12 months old and a remaining subscription of 10 months. They won't refund the camera's or the subscription left. I will not be purchasing another product from them. I advise you to use a better company then them, they should be embarrassed by there lack of customer support.
