Inconsistent
This company is glamorous and advertise as well but it is incredibly inconsistent. Some leggings are compression and hold me in and others are just too loose and roll down. The intimate clothing varies in size so I never know what I am getting despite the size chart. I return and exchange more often than not.

The website runs a bit slow on my phone. Also do not enjoy the countdown that makes me feel rushed to make a purchase. Also, having to call/email/mail a letter to cancel membership is absolutely insane. I understand it is open 24/7 but that just seems a bit excessive just to cancel a membership. Feels like you would like the opportunity to try to bribe me to not cancel.

Many options
I had a pleasant experience visiting this Yitty site and shopping. The thing I loved the most is the size inclusivity of the various model and the option to change models that vary more towards my body type. I also love the inclusivity of the varied nude colors available because everyone can't be lumped into one box as far as varying skin tones even with the models.

Be careful when you cancel your membership
The Fabletics/Yitty company is violating the Automatic Renewal Law. I canceled my membership in October of 2024. Per the customer service rep I spoke to, an account that has been inactive for over 6 months they renew it, without notice. That is not legal. I had to cancel the membership, again. That’s not how things are supposed to work. Do better.

Brand is going downhill
Too expensive. The tariff charge is ridiculous. Shipping speed is ridiculously slow. I shouldn’t have to pay the taxes if i already have the member credit.

I love the clothes
I love the clothes. But the website is SO predatory. It’s so hard to cancel your VIP, the credits can’t actually be used to send “free” orders (I had to pay 20$ on an order where I only used credits 🧐🤨). Once I returned something and got the wrong refund for something that cost less! When I contacted customer service, they couldn’t fix it. Everything is so sketchy. But the product itself is really nice, just so many hoops to jump through to get the products. Another time I used my credits then cancelled my VIP membership. Then they couldn’t fulfill my order after 2 months and gave me my credit back. I had to reopen my vip account to use the credit again! So predatory and such a pain
