Scam!

Scam!
They have in the tiniest print, ‘all accessories are final sale.’ Because of ‘sanitary purposes’ meanwhile it was a scarf, no different from a shirt or anything else. They hide behind they’re no returns because they have bad quality and cheap materials.

I wish I can give this zero stars. This place is AWFUL. I was excited to try their stuff from the ads I saw (i admit it - I got got) but then the sweater came and it was....oversized and felt rough like it was made out of the worst and cheapest materials. I immediately emailed them and explained the situation since returns were turned off. I messaged and emailed multiple times and it took them... im not joking... 2 weeks just to respond and tell me all sales were final.

Do no shop here. Just go anywhere else and it will be a far better choice than buying anything here.

Horrible quality for the price point

Ordered the monet dress in size S, which is my typical size. I was very excited about it. Tried it on only to notice the top part by the chest is uneven, and the seams down the sides of the dress through the hip & leg are sewn so poorly the fabric was pinching and crinkling. Not to mention the fabric was super cheap and thin feeling, the low quality you'd expect from SHEIN. For $200, I'd expect at least an even seam... returned. They charge a $15 "restocking fee" on returns which is also ridiculous. I'd avoid purchasing anything from this site.

I returned an item as it was WAY too…

I returned an item as it was WAY too short to be worn in public. Not only did I have to pay $14 to ship the return package back, the return was rejected! They said I had stained it, but I literally only tried it on once …. Not happy with this brand and will not shop with them ever again despite how cute their clothes look on overly tan peitite models.

Never received my order

Never received my order - customer service claims it is "about to ship" but still nothing. Requested chargeback as I will probably never receive anything. Do not buy from them.

Disappointed and would not recommend

I was excited for this purchase and extremely disappointed with its arrival. I was expecting good quality material with its price, but the set came with thin, cheap feeling material. Along the collar there was fraying on what should have been a clean edge. I had purchased the Felix Knit Set - Neutral. Will not shop from this store again.

Dishonest about Paid Insurance for packages sent by ylkwthelabel…

I decided to shop on ylkwthelabel website after I saw it featured on 260samplesale website. After waiting weeks for the order I made during Black Friday 2024 my package was stolen. Since I paid for Navidium Shipping Protection which is a requirement when making a purchase, I reached out to this company via Yellow The Label support email about the situation. I explained to them that I have a video showing the time the package was taken. I explained to the Customer Success Manager “ Hilary” that the mail carrier did not require a signature upon delivery which Yellow The Label should have organized before shipping the item out to its customers. The purchased item’s original price is over $100. My package should not have been delivered if no one was there to receive it. But the response I recieved from the company was very distasteful. I was told to report the matter to police and expected to take a loss. I have reported the case but what is this companies next steps. Neither Yellow The Label nor the Navidum Shipping Protection was useful although I spend money for the item and the insurance of my package. Yllwthelabel company is offering customers to paid to insure packages in cases of the damages, lost or theft of packages via Navidum but it was not helpful to resolve my problem. I have not even heard any mention from Yellow the Label about how Navidum will assist me with regards to the insurance of my stolen package. This has been such a horrible shopping experience. I ever write comments or reviews on retailers online platform. However buyers please order with caution. Just look at the other negative reviews about this company. I should have checked trustpilot before I made my purchase.

LOTS of issues

I had a LOT of issues with this place. I ordered a dress and it was too small. I reached out 10 days after I sent the box in the mail to see where my credit was and it conveniently showed up in my inbox minutes later.

I re-ordered the same dress and was sent a Small when I ordered a Large. They were quick to fix the mistake, but the Large was supposed to be a US 8-10 and it was nowhere near that.
Finally, I sent back the THIRD dress and asked for a cash refund because clearly, their sizing was not going to work for me. I had to reach out to ONCE AGAIN to see the status of my return and conveniently it was approved just hours after I emailed them. This was 8 days ago and there is still no refund on my credit card. Something tells me I'm going to have to email them before I'll see any money put back into my account......

Also.. the clothes are cute on the models but they are absolutely NOT true to size whatsoever. Their stuff is for women who are a standard size 6 and below.

Faulty Dress

I purchased this dress for my engagement party after waiting months for it to be released. When it arrived, I noticed the dress had an additional 5 inches of fabric. The image on the website displays the white and red print design closer to the top of the boatneck line. However, the dress I received had an additional 5 inches of fabric from the point of the red print design on the breast to the shoulder. The website did not mention that the print may vary. This variation changed the feel of the neckline and created bunching of fabric. I reached out to Yllw and was initially told “there can be small differences in the design of the dress. This depends on the size”. I was told I could return the dress at my cost. Another representative from Yllw later contacted me and agreed it was “a significant difference” and said, “we have escalated this issue with the manufacturer”. They agreed I would receive a refund for postage. It has now been over a month and I still haven’t been refunded for the cost of returning the dress to the United States from Australia (40 AUD). I have followed up on multiple occasions and have had to reiterate that I was told I would receive a refund for postage and it is absurd that I have been left out of pocket for their manufacturing fault. All the while, I had to find a new engagement party dress and deal with the stress of arranging the celebration. This setback with the dress and then recovering my out-of-pocket expenses has been infuriating and unacceptable. I have told Yllw I would be leaving this honest review of my experience.

Awful.

Awful.

I received my order, the quality is absolutely terrible!! Plastic top and skirt and very very poor cut. Not only this, but the top had makeup smeared all over the label and smelt of perfume.

I have emailed Customer Service and no answer.

Save your ££ and shop elsewhere

Scam.

Scam.

Beheaded shipping costs. And hidden duties (nearly 50 euros for a 150 eur dress) that you have to pay upon delivery if you want the parcel.

Do not buy from them if you are overseas.

Avoid buying clothes from here at all costs its been 3 months since I placed an order and I haven't received my order nor got my refund back and now after 3 months they don't have any answer except saying that they apologize and told me to wait for a refund I'm totally disappointed

Terrible customer service, awful sizing and mediocre quality

Terrible customer service. Awful sizing and mediocre quality
Ordered some gorgeous trousers. I live in the UK so I checked using the size guide what size to get. Followed exactly what it said, and measured myself to make sure I was right.
They arrived and are huge - comically large. I’ve tried complaining to customer service but I can only get a refund if I post them myself- which will cost me £20+.
I’ve sent multiple photos as proof, every response is the same ‘these are the correct size’. It’s like talking to a brick wall. They refuse to reimburse me for the return which is ridiculous. I’m so tired and it’s such a waste of money for some poor quality terribly sized clothes and deeply terrible customer service.

beautiful clothes

after the reviews, I was worried if the product would come to me and if the size would fit me. I usually wear S and S was good for me and the goods arrived ok. Quality elaborate clothing.

Customer service department must be out of Office

Wrote an e-mail asking for size help on two specific items. Duty and tax import is quite expensive where i live so would love to order the right size right away.
Even pushed for an answer but still no response.
Thanks for nothing. Assume the brand is not interested in new customers.

Customer Service

As many people do when shopping for Christmas gifts, I started early. I gave my daughter three items from the site. The items were too small for her, and I reached out for an exception to the return policy since it was a Christmas gift. I informed them that all items were brand new with tags attached, and never worn. They would not budge on their policy. even though it was a Christmas gift. Dealing with other reputable companies, early purchases are always honored for exchange of size or refund during the holiday season. The items that I purchased are items that they have on their website continuously and have sold out in the past. I lost close to $300.
They told me they are small business. For a small business, this isn’t how you keep a customer happy. This is how you lose a customer.
