Great people who kept everyone in the loop at all times.

A great experience overall from start to finish and all thanks to Alice. She is super helpful and nothing is ever to much trouble.

Nothing was too much trouble for Kai, this man never sleeps!

Within the first few minutes of me chatting with Archie, I knew that I wasn't being approached by a typical recruiter.

We had a really good chat about the role and all the things in between. Talking with Archie I really felt he was in my corner and that he genuinely believed in me. Which was an entirely different experience to all of the other recruiters that I'd had the pleasure of talking to.

Throughout the whole process Archie was professional, personal, informative and supportive. Without Archie's expertise, I don't think I'd have had the same success securing the role. For that I will always be grateful to Archie.

I'll be one of the first to admit that while there are good recruiters and bad recruiters, in my experience the latter vastly outweigh the former. That said, Your Next Hire and Kai specifically are a credit to the technical recruiment industry. Kai was knowledgeable and personable, he found a good role for me which worked to my requirements. Provided timely feedback at all stages when needed to liaise between myself and his client.

Archie, the agent I dealt with was a star throughout the whole process, efficient, professional and commercially astute, always in touch to keep me abreast of things and had an excellent understanding of what the role entailed and deep knowledge of the industry.

Recruitment can be messy, and I've been on both sides of the process with agents that don't spend the time to do due diligence with candidates. Ultimately matching people with roles that they would never want, or fit.

I've had the opposite experience with Archie. Taking the time to understand my history, and what I'm looking for in a new role has enabled him to put me forward for opportunities that offer more than a salary.

This cuts both ways. Knowing the roles and the companies looking to fill them also enables Archie to clearly outline what the opportunity will involve, and what would be required to succeed in it. This doesn't guarantee an instant fit. But it does mean that both sides can get over the formalities quickly and focus on exploring role fit, culture fit and exact skill requirements.

It makes the process easier, smoother and more effective. It might take a little longer, and a lot more effort on Archie's behalf, but it's worth it in the long run for both companies and candidates!

Kai is a champ! Throughout my entire process he has been thorough and completely on top of things, chasing information where necessary and overall making getting my new placement a breeze.

Kai was very helpful during the entire interview process, he was very knowledgeable on the companies he is working with, and checked in regularly to ensure I was well prepared with interviews, also being very responsive with feedback from the interviewer throughout the process.
