Super good service and everything went super smoothly, even when the size didn’t fit at first. Returning was very fast and easy, without any problems at all. The quality of the fabrics is amazing. It really is true to size — I normally wear a Large and ordered a Large, and it fits perfectly. It’s super comfy, super cute and just feels great to wear. I’m very happy with my purchase!

Return window too short
The return window of 14 days is not in line with most order policies. Usually it is 30 days. I was 3 days late for returning the size which did not fit as I was travelling for business and not enough time due to work and kids etc.

the color, fit and feel are good, but the leggings are not compressive enough, and so they dont look the best on my seet.

Reformer pilates outfit …
I started pilates Reformer a few weeks ago and looked for a new outfit in black. So I found YO-GAYA. I ordered one outfit in black and one in coffeebrown. The quality is soft and leggings and bra adapts perfectly to the body. It is amazing. Delivery time only 2-3 days to Austria!! I can recommend this Label so much. I will order definitely more.

The tops (large) I bought were a little bit tight around the armpits, so I ordered xl. But they have the same problem. The communication with yo-gaya and the packaging were perfect.

I received a jacket with a broken…
I received a jacket with a broken zipper. The first respond after my message to customer care was hopefull. I sent some pics to show them on request what’s the problem. After this 2nd mail from my side I did not hear anything anymore. I really like to have a new jacket that shows no defects. This jacket by the way is brand new.

Six weeks of emails, lost parcel, delays, and no response
My daughter placed an order with Yo-Gaya on 27 August. The parcel was marked as delivered by DPD but never arrived. After nearly a month and countless emails, a replacement was finally sent on 25 September.
The sport bra (“Coffee Bean”) didn’t fit, and my daughter has been trying to exchange it for the right size ever since. Unfortunately, the replacement order doesn’t appear in Yo-Gaya’s online return portal, and customer service keeps repeating the same instructions without offering any practical solution.
It has now been more than six weeks of messages without resolution or accountability.
A disappointing experience with a brand that promotes mindfulness and care, yet shows neither when problems arise.
Update – 15 October:
The company replied publicly on Trustpilot but has not contacted us since and no solution has been offered.
It has now been almost eight weeks since the original order, and this issue remains unresolved.
Update 17 October: we have sent more than 7 emails to the email address you mention and no response. We are talking about order number #9815
Please check and resolve asap. The situation is unacceptable.
