This company is a scam!!!!
I got a defective battery from them and they won’t respond to my e mail fora refund. I checked with the BBB and this is what they said:
“Unfortunately, we are unable to pursue this complaint further because the business in question is believed to be out of business, has filed bankruptcy, or cannot be located by BBB. Should you find any new contact information for this business, please share it with our office and we will attempt to update our information and/or contact the company further.”

If I could give negative Star I would. Terrible quality and a complete waste of time. I'm currently trying to get my money back but there are no "Return" tabs on the website. Don't need this frustration over a silly pen.
Battery came broken wont take a charge

I bought a yocan hit 2 dry herb vaporizer.
The thing doesn't work have to turn the temperature up to 450° to get anything to happen which at that time becomes a safety issue cuz it can combust the dry herb inside the chamber which makes it a fire hazard to say the least.. reached out to shop owner was informed that yocan we're not reimburse him and I need to reach out to the company reached out to the distributor and after a bunch of back and forth and lagged emails they decide to offer me a 30% discount coupon 😡🤬. I thought at least they would want to replace your faulty equipment, I didn't accept the coupon cuz why would I reinvest into their company when they can't stand by the products they already have, and I mean come on 30%, still making money off me, so not only were they not willing to reimburse me for bad equipment but they still trying to sucker me into spending more with them and still trying to be greedy and make a profit.. at least the store owner offered me a 50% discount on a different brand.. come on yocan you could have tried harder.. I understand you get what you pay for and they're at the lower end but I didn't know that meant total lack of any equality service with their customer service department.
This was meant to be a birthday gift for my significant other.. now just sits on a shelf as a sign of disappointment..

I ordered the yocan 2.0 and it came on time and actually it came 3 days earlier then expected, they sent me my tracking number and emailed me when it was delivered. Cant wait to try this battery on my .5 rosin cart tomorrow. Confused what the low stars on this company is about.

Have purchased at least half dozen of Yocan's Evolve plus xl pens probably closer to 10 for a friend who is trying to navigate fibro and anxiety. The pens have a well documented problem with the button failing. I would switch to a different pen and company altogether but when some gets used to something, sometimes its hard to change. I had recently reached out to Yocan about this issue, requesting repair parts or replacement batteries that contain the defective button. Their response was a 30% off coupon on next purchased and shipping not included. This is nothing more than an insult to a repeat customer trying to help a friend out. They never did follow up when I explained the coupon was not an acceptable solution to an obvious manufacturing defect.

I bought the Yocan Ziva Pro.

I just want you to know I am extremely disappointed in the ziva pro. It was working with my cartridges, has since stopped working and doesn't acknowledge anything is inserted. I have cleaned both the cartridges and the battery and depending on how I screwed one cartridge in it worked briefly and then stopped again. I spent $80 on this thing and it is not worth it. I've had to buy another battery, this time from ccell as at least they are reliable. In the mean time I have no way to use my cartridges and lessen my chronic pain. This thing sucks!
