Great employee engagement

We use this platform to manage internal screens. We have a number of offices around the world and this has proved to be an effective way to engage employees. The App options are great - lots to choose from. Huge selection of templates makes it so easy to create a layout and then playlist in minutes.
The platform is intuitive and not too complicated to use. Yodeck have been really helpful and responsive whenever I have been in contact. Price point is pretty reasonable when compared to competitors. Overall would recommend.

Game Changer

For us, Yodeck is an absolute game changer. Long before Yodeck came onto the market with this simple yet ingenious product, we solved this problem in-house with various small PCs, which we then controlled via Remote Desktop. But that was always fiddly, never synchronized, and very prone to errors. With Yodeck, we can finally display our respective content on the various monitors quickly and easily using time controls.
The software is easy for all our employees to use via a browser, even from their home office.
Highly recommended!

Happy with the players

Using yodeck within a school having over 20+ yodecks in use and can tell you my experience is wonderful. A lot of possibilities and settings to play with. Enough updates and I like that there is a lot to implement other services like canva for example.

Yodeck Stands Out as a Shining Star Amongst a Sea of Mediocre and Complex Options

We reviewed and piloted multiple digital signage solutions. Yodeck was the only one that was affordable, easy to implement in scale, and (most importantly) easy for users to update.

I love that we can schedule content to appear from the district office to all schools, and the schools can still update their own content.

The service is reliable and we have never had the first issue with connectivity or the platform.

Simple, Reliable, and Easy to Use

My experience with Yodeck has been excellent. The platform is very intuitive and makes managing digital signage simple, even for someone without a technical background. The drag-and-drop editor, scheduling features, and wide media support have saved me a lot of time and stress. Everything “just works,” which gives me confidence that our screens will always display exactly what we need.

What I appreciate most is how user-friendly the system is while still offering plenty of advanced features when you need them. Updates are seamless, performance is reliable, and managing multiple screens is easy to do from one dashboard.

Overall, Yodeck is doing a fantastic job of making digital signage accessible, reliable, and scalable. I’d happily recommend it to any organization looking for a cost-effective and powerful solution.

Support is amazing and setup is incredibly easy.

Basic setup was intuitive and incredibly easy to implement across one or multiple screens. It has tons of features that are all straight-forward, easy to set up, and yet is flexible enough to make basic integration with external tools easy.

Easy to Use & Streamlines Professionalism

Yodeck is easy to use and allows me to view and schedule what is appearing on our screens in office lobbies from many states away. It was easy to implement, is cost effective, and allows for multiple users to make changes as needed. It has helped streamline how we present information across offices from different departments, so marketing and non-marketing staff alike can add information with a consistent brand and level of professionalism.

The system has been easy to deploy

The system has been easy to deploy, update, and use. The players were easy to install and maintain. The fact that Yodeck supports so many different media sources allows for our Marketing administrator to use the services she prefers.

Great Looking Tech for "Non-Tech" Restaurant Operators

For a long time our restaurants at Fire Island Grill felt the the cost of going digital for menu boards was too expensive. As a small business, we just could not justify the price. When we saw how we could make this happen economically with Yodeck, we implemented their solution. It was easy to accomplish, even though we are not strong "tech" people.

Yodeck has been very reliable for us, and helps us look better than we could on our own. It is easy to change and upload different content. We have used the platform for over 2 years now and we have very happy with our experience.

We are very happy with our Yodeck. It has apps to facilitate any content we want to show on the screen, so great flexibility, easy to use and we have had no issues. Customer service responds quickly if any issues.

We made the change to Yodeck over a year ago and could not be happier. We expanded from our original 6 screens, and we have now doubled. The ease of use and deployment has made this possible for our internal team to manage their own digital displays.
