I basically use one aspect of the Yoga-Go app. It is with my favorite chair yoga instructor. The emphasis of the exercise is on the upper back, neck and to a lesser extent legs. BUT it seems to have the right balance for me, leaves me awake, stretched and very conscious of my muscles in my core and also my breathing. The app feels well crafted and the exercises are thought through. I have been using this app for over a year, I have settled into the routine, and would not miss it on a daily basis.

I had not exercised for a while so I wanted something low impact. I signed up for the Tai Chi for beginners and it initially cost me maybe 30 or 40 bucks. But when you cancel after your month you have the opportunity to pay for more and only seven bucks. It's worth it to me because I don't do it everyday and I really like it and I really hate working out at a gym. I've never had any problems with their customer service.

I have fibromyalgia!! When I am feeling especially bad
I do my chair yoga. It relives a lot of stiffness and pain.
I wish i would do it everyday.
I will try!!!!

The moves look easy and not so stressful on the body, but gees, I was sore, constantly and blissfully sore for one month. The breathing in centering chi is quite profound. I am more calm and centered! Life is less stressful, and that’s sure a good thing!

I’m 82 and it took a few days to really get the legs stretched out properly, but now I am doing pretty well. Love that I can feel improvement without strenuous exercises.

My review is ONE star and that is before I got caught into signing up. Had filled in all the 'relevant' info for the 'plan' and just before payment I decided to check reviews.
First and main red flag is 'upselling/unable to cancel'. This type of forced marketing/robbery turns me off completely. I can purchase a chair on Amazon and that doesn't mean I automatically find one on my doorstep every month and my bank account unwittingly debited!!
Sorry guys.... was all set to go till I checked this out. (Thank God for Trust Pilot ).
Over and out.

The videos started out very simple, but when it reached the stage of actual Tai Chi movements, it was very difficult to follow. It shows several different steps with different motions in each hand and leg in quick sequence, rather than breaking them apart and demonstrating them slowly first. I also was not notified that I had been charged $50. I will stop the subscription before being charged again.

I like the Tai Chi program but when a new movement is introduced they go through it too quickly for us beginners. Also they should not refer to movements as left or right because the image is mirrored and that’s confusing. Not sure I’ll continue due to these factors.
**Amelia from Yoga to Go replied to my message above. She was helpful in giving me a couple of tips and I believe sincere in hearing user feedback. I appreciate that and used her tips in today’s practice. I’m hopeful that I’ll be able to follow these exercises better now.

I like that it not long , you are done with in 20 minutes so that motivates me to do it. I like the tai chi for the calming destress effects it has for the body and mind. , however I am not sure it’s working for loosing weight and reshaping your body

Negative 5 review if I'm being honest.
Approach with caution. The subscription auto renews and you are sent no notification that the plan is due to renew and increase significantly.
Unethical business practice at its best.

When I answered your questions, I let you know that I have bad lower and both knees bad as well. So, standing to do the movements gets painful so that prevents me from do it correctly.

The tai chi app looked lovely tho unfortunately I couldn't see to follow it on my phone and couldn't manage to cast it to the TV. Had to give up on it in the end tho content was great and customer service good too.

The Yoga-Go support team response exceeds the support I’ve received from any other company!
Chris was lightning fast with replies to my questions regarding my auto-renewal after my trial period.
I can’t say enough how refreshing it is to receive this level of service in a day when customer service is, at best, disappointing.
I’ve only done three workouts so far. The things I like are:
*the instructor’s peaceful demeanor, which distresses me immediately;
*the variety of workouts, and the levels of difficulty.
I highly recommend the app for all the reasons, with customer service being my greatest satisfaction to date. Well done, Chris, in how you added so much value to my choosing Yoga-Go!

Having mitochondrial issues, this Tai Chi program has done more to help heal me. It is so easy-going with graceful and slow movements that support the body while performing the slow and yet deliberate movements. I wouldn’t miss a day of helping me be a healthier me!

I do not have time. I am trying to get some sleep so I want to practice now

I'm a newcomer to Tai chi but the lessons are fairly easy to follow and they seek feedback about your impressions of the journey.
