The regular communication with me…

The regular communication with me during my lengthy health issues seeking my well being.
In 2025 I suffered a number of heart attacks the last being cardiac arrest. I took a short break to recover and was grateful of the support of Yoga go and the team

I learned to breathe deeply with Chi-Gong

For decades long, I hadn't been able to breathe in deeply that many exercise instructors told me to do. I felt my lungs were too small or something was blocking them to expand. When I followed this video instruction, after Day 4's yin and yen breathing exercise, I realized that I can now breathe deeply. It's sensational because the duration of daily exercise assignment is only 5 - 8 minutes. Chi-Gong's movements helped me unlock my body. It's true that it doesn't have to be long and hard; what matters is how. I'm at Day 6 and looking forward to the rest of 3 weeks.

I signed up for a three month trial and the company auto renewed without informing my subscription was set to auto renewal by them.

I signed up for a three month trial and the app auto renewed without letting me know. As a senior citizen, I expected the company to refund the rip off price of auto renewal $99.99 for three months. There is NO customer service at all. You can ONLY use gpchat and the ONLY response the company sends is No refunds allowed. You cannot talk to anyone or express why you cannot renew. I’m scheduled to have back surgery and will not be able to use the app until my surgeon releases me. This company is AWFUL. Save yourself the misery and do not sign up.

The app is over rated and extremely expensive, the videos don't give a good view of the exercises, they zoom in when you need to see the full position of the body, the routines are not what they offered in the adds.

The adds are false and the app too expensive. I wanted a refund but couldn't get one.

Customer Service

I needed to contact the customer service team and at a weekend, although I was unable to get an answer on the given contact number, the email I consequently sent was answered very promptly indeed, within a couple of hours at the most, and I can confirm that they definitely went the extra mile for me, which nowadays appears to be so rare. I would definitely recommend Yogo-Go as a trusted business.

DO NOT USE!!

As others have said, they have billed me for an auto renewal without authorisation. I have tried to cancel and am told same as other people that it is not eligible for refund and offer for one year etc. I do not want this and it was NOT made clear at the outset. It is deliberately misleading bad practice. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE NOT HONOURABLE.

Balance training

These exercises are hard for me because of my balance issues. I have to walk with a cane. I am hoping that the exercises will help with that. I would love to get rid of my cane and be able to walk without it. That’s the reason for four stars instead of five. It’s all on me

Good product, poor subscription model

After seeing my earlier review (below) the company reached out and refunded my subscription. Prior to that, I had received several responses to my inquiries politely telling me that automated payments were not refundable under their policy. The problem is their terms are confusing—my “trial” period was set to expire in September, but I was charged in June after the initial three months. Most reputable companies these days give a courtesy heads-up notification a week or so before it’s time to renew. I was expecting to cancel in August or early September. Ultimately, they did give the refund of $120 for something I didn’t even use regularly—but only after I raised a fuss. I shouldn’t have had to go through so much trouble to get a refund for services not yet rendered.
I would have left a better review for the actual tai chi videos. I found them relaxing though not compelling.

They took payment without notifying me, I contacted immediately, but I’m not eligible for a refund. The only option offered is to accept a 1-year subscription. I’m totally frustrated, and I will advise anyone who asks about it to AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

No communication was received that me…

No communication was received that me buying in for a small amount would turn into a trippled amount within a month and further use of my credit card where I only bought in for a once of buy.

Out of Shape but trying...…

It is really hard right now but only because I am totally out of shape. Once I finish the program, I will go back and start again and hopefully be in better shape.

lI pray no one signs up for this . I cancelled this subscription Jan 30 2026 and received an acknowledgement email saying it was cancelled but I had use of it until June 13th. I was charged $49.99 again this month. Again they said it was cancelled but since I had instant access it was not refundable. I demanded a refund and now no response. AVOID...BEWARE.....BAD BUSINESS!!!!

The program was set up at a reasonable pace. The orator and movement presenter were exceptional. I looked forward to the new movements every day. Loved it.

I would have chosen 5 stars but the…

I would have chosen 5 stars but the osteoporosis in my knees has really flared up with the knee exercises. Sometimes the filming of the Instructor doesn’t include the legs in the beginning. Otherwise it’s been great.
