Amazing service from Jack on line

Amazing service from Jack on line. He guided me through the process of changing my vehicle for the insurance. He was very thorough and explained everything clearly to me. He was also really friendly! I have always had good service from Yoga Insure and he is certainly a credit to the company.

Communicated with a very helpful member…

Communicated with a very helpful member of staff called Ami who was able to answer my query. However, I may not have had to bother her if the website had been more informative. I wished to add a driver to my policy but was unable to do so online. The Chat Bot was unhelpful so I had to wait a day to get hold of an actual person, as they are only available for a few short hours a day. They advised there was an age limit on drivers for my policy and that was why I couldn't add them due to the driver I wanted to add being too young. This should have been flagged up as soon as I entered their details online, saving my time and the member of staff.

Spoke with Ami on the 21/08/26. Was able to answer my query with no fuss and the whole experience was straight forward and everything explained to me clearly. They have always been flexible especially around payments and any hardships you have.
