My daughter and I attended a puppy yoga session at the Mt Pleasant location and we both had a blast!!! All the staff were amazing - so friendly and attentive! The space was clean, and a great size - it felt like a good ratio of participants to dogs! Would highly recommend, and will definitely be going back! ☺️

Echo came to our work off site and guided us to an office yoga session. She’s energetic, personable and very helpful to get everyone having a good time and stretching. Highly recommended if you want some flexibility and fun.

I took a puppy yoga class at Yoga Kawa’s Mt. Pleasant location and it was honestly one of the cutest experiences I’ve had in Toronto. The studio is cozy and welcoming, the instructor was great, and the puppies were super cute. The class had a great balance of actual yoga and puppy interaction—it never felt chaotic, just a really fun and cute way to spend an hour. You can tell the staff genuinely care about both, the students and the pups. I left feeling relaxed, happy, and already thinking about booking my next class.
