Excellent yoga teacher training and support. I had a wonderful experience with YogaRenew. The course was well structured, easy to follow, and gave me a solid understanding of yoga sequencing, teaching methodology, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and mindful eating.

The instructors were supportive and provided thoughtful, encouraging feedback throughout the course. I especially appreciated the detailed comments on my final assignments, which helped build my confidence as a new yoga teacher.

Communication was excellent, and I received my certificate promptly after completing the program. I also love that I have lifetime access to the course materials, which means I can continue learning and reviewing the content whenever I need.

I highly recommend YogaRenew to anyone looking for a comprehensive and supportive yoga teacher training program.

Yoga renew feels like "home" to me. Extremely grateful to have chosen YR as my school for MY RYT 200! It is what you make of it, and you can truly make it a wonderful experience becoming certified online! Will continue courses, and recommend YR! Thank you for the YR crew for making this a unforgettable experience, not only becoming certified, but learning so much about myself! Highly recommend! Some fun tips, take advantage of zoom calls, continue your personal practice during learning, and have a time frame set (I mimicked an in person course as 4 months) I started August 2025 and was officially certified November 2025! Also take advantage of Yoga Renew app! Recorded classes, but the LIVE classes too!

What I loved most about this program is that it was self paced. When I first started the program, it made me look deep into my own mind body and soul. When doing so, a lot of baggage from my past showed up which required me to pause my yoga learning and reach out for mental & physical health support. After several months of self-care I continued the program alongside my current day-to-day work and was able to achieve my 200hr certification. I am now in the process of finishing my zoom hours to get registered with the yoga alliance. Without jumping into this program and its flexibility, I would have never been able to find the more peaceful version of myself that exists. Also, Joe's anatomy lessons were so clear & helpful along with Lisa's Chakra classes.

Knowledgeable &friendly teachers, straightforward curriculum, and easy access to online classes and other resources make this an excellent course.

I 100% recommend Yoga Renew to students looking for a top quality YTT. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and students moving forward. So grateful for the opportunity.

Solid curriculum! Highly trained, trusted instructors provided a wealth of knowledge across a wide range of subjects! What separates this program from other schools is the ability to learn at your own pace at a reasonable tuition. I will use YogaRenew for future trainings!

Really enjoyed the 200HR YYT course so much, I completed the 20HR Mindfulness Certification and the 30HR Restorative Yoga Certification as well. Very informative lessons and great resources. The online Zoom classes were my favourite. Would highly recommend.

It was a great 200 hour teacher training, accesible for people who don't have normal hours to go to a studio in person and take it. Great information, great live classes, everything is understandable and very much informative. Highly recommend to everyone and anyone who wants to deepen their practice but have not a regular schedule and can do it at their own pace and rhythm!

The course has a very clear structure and relevant information. I found the Asana videos a little bit long, but at the end they served the purpose of informing, educating and providing insightful tips to be a great yoga instructor. I loved the Anatomy and yoga history components of the course, as well as all the resources to create our own classes.

Very responsive. So encouraging and professional. Materials were clear and easily accessible. Would recommend unconditionally.
