Yogi Flight School is simply amazing! The instructors are so generous with their knowledge, experience and expertise. They’re not only amazing yoga teachers but they are wonderful people. I recommend all their courses for beginners to advanced level training.

I mean honestly, I’m flying like I’ve never flown before! This program is fantastic, the strategic warm ups and explanations really help get you into all of the poses. I have been taking my time (which is awesome that I can go at my own pace) and I am in awe that my body can get into all of the poses. Thank you yogi flight school !

Super ninja team, great coaches. Wonderful community. The explanation makes it all simple and logical. It's a Eureka experience, when you finally nail a pose. And you know you couldn't have done it without them. Every week a live workshop with direct interaction and a Facebook page where to pose in private your videos to show what you're struggling with and then the coaches, but also group members help you out with advice and encouragement. No one will ever let you down or look down at you. So happy to be with them. And the price is not much, worth every penny.

I’m so glad I finally decided to join Yogi Flight School. I had been stuck on my handstand & other inversions for over 3 yrs but managed to unlock my handstand & many other inversions in over a month. My experience has been amazing! All the instructors are so helpful, supportive and help you along your entire journey. The FB group is amazing! Dani was the one that made me take the leap and sign up because she was so sweet when I had questions about signing up and made me feel confident it would be a good experience, and she has been amazing the whole way through my Yogi Flight journey.

Nat, the heart and soul of Yogi Flight School is wonderful. She trully see you and inherently knows the little tweaks to move you forward. I am a 70 year old yogi who has practiced for 24 years and I thoroughly enjoyed the retreat. The classes, the workshops, the location, the camaraderie I enjoyed tremendously.

All of the coaches are very knowledgeable and always willing to help! Love the mindset videos.

I am loving the warm ups for the asana. And the detailed set ups for the shapes we are taking it.

The instruction in this program is top notch. Far superior to any I have received in the past. Lots of encouragement, lots of coaching... I enjoy the warm up tapes so much and have seen such change in my body that I am no longer concerned about being able to do the final poses...I'm just enjoying the journey.

I tried learning yoga for the first time at an online school.
I was convinced by the personality and charisma of the owner.
I am impressed by the way the classes are conducted, the professionalism and clever tips on how to practice yoga.

I also like the weekly Saturday live workshops.
I have definitely learned that it requires a lot of self-discipline and a specific weekly plan that you have to stick to.
Because I am constantly trying to improve my English, it gives me additional motivation to learn.
In general, I highly recommend YFS.

I just completed the 8 week flight school workshop and I’m blown away. The structure, depth, and accessibility of the program exceeded anything I’ve experienced in face to face workshops. Every session built on the last, and the on line format allowed me to revisit content and truly deepen my practice. I walked away stronger, more confident and finally floating into poses I’d struggled with for years. Highly recommend for anyone curious about taking their practice upside down- literally!
