Just doing the first few Yogi steps made me feel tried. I already know my body is out of shape because I do not exercise. But doing these moves while sitting in a chair makes me feel more relax and I want to continue to do more moves like this.
It was very doable even though I have not exercised much in the past few years.
Whilst the exercises were good and easy to follow after recovery from a slipped disc, the videos sent were at times glitchy.
I have been trying to cancel my subscription for about 2 weeks now and it appears near impossible to do so. The messages I get back claim there to be a cancel subscription button on your account management but there isn't, however many times I log on and off. Three e mails sent and I'm still trying to unsubscribe. This feels like a bit of a scam, bearing in mind how many customers have complained about this issue.

I have been sick the last couple of weeks so I’m going to try again! I found the exercises quite easy to follow and understand, thank you!
This is my 1st day of exercises. It was just what I have been looking for in an exercises routine. I have a disability of weakness on the left side of my body from a stroke I had 15 yrs ago. I am also a 76 yrs. old insulin dependent diabetic and need a gentle, low impact exercise plan. Chair Tai Chi seems like it's going to fit my limitations, yet give me the health benefits I need to stay in diabetic control and strengthen my core muscles. I'm hoping to see improvements in my balance and mobility as well.
I enjoy the slowness of the movements.
It feels very calming. I had never tried
anything like this before. I always thought of exercise as something fast and furious.
This is so different and yet I do feel like
I am getting a workout. Hard to describe
but I do feel more energized afterwards.
This feels like something I can do, and I believe it will help me.
A little difficult to follow but this is my first time trying
I found it challenging, yet doable for someone at 72.
i am 81 years old and had given up on fitness but my dr brought me into taking responsibity fot myself....and then i found you!
