I paid for Express DMV Appointment and YoGov gave me an appointment after 7 weeks. I think i should have got it myself rather than going through YoGov
Also, I dropped 10-15 emails following up for expediting the same but it seems like the automated reply said to wait before it actually turned out to be the 7th week !!
Waste of Money !!

The actual service provided by my consierge was excellent, however, getting to the point where my drive test was actually conducted was difficult. In that I had a confirmed appointment, the night before the drive test I received notification of an overbooking and that my assigned driver would not be able to make the appointment and YoGov didn’t have a replacement driver! This caused significant issues in getting another drive test appointment and further delayed my license reinstatement.

My experience with YoGov has been great. The application is well laid out and people I have interacted with have been great. If the DMV half as friendly and responsive as YoGov there would be no complaints and tax payers would feel that their money is well spent.

Keep up the great work, YoGov definitely fill a much needed niche in the market.

Usually dmv appointment takes 3 months, YoGov helps in find out earlier appointments

The driver was on time, but made me wait 5 minutes while he talked on the phone on what was "my" time. He left me standing outside his car holding my pack, and more or less ignored me until his call was over. Again, this was on my time. It was a shame since he was a nice guy, but that kind of introduction makes a 5 star rating impossible. He also spent most of our time together on the phone, and speaking to me as little as possible. Nice guy, but he needs to separate his personal life from his work.

They saved me much stress by getting me into the DMV about 10 days after I requested service!

Couldn’t find drivers twice. Once YoGov cancelled my appointment.

Second time it almost happened . Luckily at night I found a friend who could drive me.

Not very professional work. When I contacted them at 9pm only then they let me know that there is no driver available for the next day

really bad!!! I use the YoGov for express behind the wheel test. They change my original appointment to a much late one and a much faraway location. They even steal personal information which is quite horrible!

YoGov did a great job, my trainer was patient and made sure that I knew tricky parts around dmv. Overall, I had a great experience.

This service is great! Will picked me up, allowed me to practice in the car, and waited patiently. It was a very good experience!

Booked their express behind-the-wheel test scheduling. They were always communicating with me to keep me updated, then best of all, they got me a schedule really fast and at a place I preferred. Excellent service!

My experience was ok. I had three people that helped me before the test and both Julia and Donald were awesome. Fariha, not so much. I felt really nervous. She didn't help me feel calm and she made me even more nervous. I felt like she wanted to get this over with. During the warm up, I wasn't really comfortable using her car because it was electric so it was super sensitive for me. I'd make a bit of mistakes and she would get mad and her tone of voice would get higher and higher to the point she would start yelling at me that I ended up hitting a curb. I did my best to apologize and she'd get mad at me for apologizing. She said sorry isn't gonna make it better. She kept saying how she is the best concierge and helped all her past clients pass but i didn't feel like she helped me. I felt like i was her worst client. Ive been practicing a lot but getting yelled at made me make stupid mistakes and she was just unprofessional and very disrespectful. I felt like crying so i postponed my test that day with her. And after that day i didn't want to go back to YoGov anymore. But im glad i came back. The first time i took the test with Julia, i failed but Julia helped me a lot that i was ready to take it again and i passed the second time with the help of Donald so i thank them. Please don't yell at your clients. The only way we can pass is by being patient and calm and giving your full trust on us. I love YoGov and im very thankful that you helped me pass but i'll never forget how uncomfortable and emotionally painful my first experience with Fariha was.
