Website and android app full of bugs

The website keeps using NL language despite me always selecting FR. Even this survey is in NL!

SIM card activation was very painful process. The payment page is in NL despite initially in FR. Random error at the end, no explanation. Tried again, error again. 15 minutes later got an email saying the SIM was activated. I think I paid the 10€ twice due to this error but I will not even try to ask for a refund because every interaction is so painful.

Android app is broken, the password does not work despite working ok on the web version, it makes no sense.

Bad customer service, broken website, hidden fees

Very disappointing customer service. There was an issue with my contract, and the customer service was unable to help me. They just never got back to me. The support email was also not helpful.
Their website is very broken and doesn't work well. For example, the FAQ is simply not functioning.
It's important to understand that Youfone has a lot of hidden fees. For example, calls to other EU countries will cost you, and they require a deposit of 10€ at the beginning of the contract. They don't clearly label the deposit payment as such.
I think I should have gone with another provider that has better customer support - it could have saved me valuable hours of my life.

Remember there are humans behind the screen. Your situation is abnormal as our services need to function perfectly.
You can contact our customer service on 1988 as you didn't leave any contact info for me to reach you.

very bad service

very bad service, i didn't pay one month without having extrafees. They make a lot of mistakes. I payed the bill twice and it was hard to get my money back. Now they want me to pay for things that i didn't do: I had activation fees for something that I never activated and when I contacted them they told me it was because I paid the facture too late (I paid one week after having the facture :))... Don't take a youfone subscription and go to other services even if you pay more it will be less than all the extrafees. I already wrote something here but every month I have a new reason to write a review !

A review will not solve your dissatisfaction, the best thing to do is to contact support, they will give you more clarity on your problem.
There is never any extra charge if there is no usage or other, indeed there are administrative costs associated with non-payment of the bill. This is a standard with every operator/company.
