I ordered a sim-card but didn’t get a…

I ordered a sim-card but didn’t get a confirmation email. After 2 hours of waiting, I ordered another sim-card and in the end I got two of them, so I had to cancel one.

I wish you fixed the mechanism of sending e-mails.

Disabled my current SIM card before I got the new one

Activated my new SIM card before I even received it, which disabled the one I still had, and left me unable to call or send text messages for days...
Common sense would have been to at least wait for a confirmation that I had the new card, instead of acting carelessly and leaving me unable to use my phone.
That's a straight 0/10.

Decide to switch off the data connection unilaterally when itinerance (international travel) without notice. They said it was "by precaution" (to avoid high invoices) although the data volume was paid in advance.
