Dripex, yoleo dripex, robust sports

Purchased an exercise bike from dripex or yoleo dripex from robust sports. Their was an issue with the address, I used PayPal so it should of been my registered address but it wasn't. PayPal payment came through as a personal name not a company.. I tried to contact dripex and the delivery company XDP to try and correct the address. I eventually got a reply from yoleo dripex but not the delivery company. Dripex asked me to go to the other address and wait for the delivery???. Delivery company never tried to redeliver or to call me. They did try to fix this issue for me but the delivery company just returned the item to the seller. I'm now trying to get a refund from the company. They said 2-3 days and I haven't received it yet. Iv asked PayPal to investigate this. It's just all very dodgy in my eyes..

I was extremely pleased with my first purchase

I was extremely pleased with my first purchase from Yoleo Dripex, I bought a folding white desk and I didn't expect it to be in such good quality. It was also shipped out the very same day! I communicated with Alfie over my product, he was extremely friendly and helpful, I'm really glad that I purchased from them and will be purchasing again. Thanks for the excellent service!
