It is my first time ordering hair from them. So far the ordering process was pretty good. I need the hair before my trip, they were able to allow me pick it up 2 days earlier before it’s normal delivery time. Once I got the hair, it was so beautiful! I couldn’t wait to style it and put it on. Definitely will order more wigs in the future from them!

I just recently order a burgundy lace front body wave wig with a Hd lace. I must say the hair quality is amazing and the feel is beyond soft. The shipping process didn’t take too long a few days to process. The vender Yolissa definitely kept in contact the whole time to make sure I got my hair on time as well. Thee hair is amazing, the texture is so soft an it has its own silk shine. Easy maintenance, no shredding, an holds curls amazingly. I will be purchasing again soon.

Yolissa never disappoints. Hair is sooooo silky soft, little to no shedding, fits perfect, shiny but lightweight, I love it so much.

The wig was not 24 inches nor was it full. It was quite thin and it did not hold curls long at all. The wig did arrive on time and it was packaged securely. However, my first experience ordering from Yolissa was not great. Hopefully the next time I order the wig will be as advertised.

10/10!! This was my first time ordering from Yolissa Hair. The shipping was very fast I received my unit in jus 3 DAYS! They seller kept in contact with me everyday with updates regarding my package. I ordered 24 inch 180% density and the hair was very FULL! I was glad to see that the 613 unit i purchased DID NOT shed nor did it tangle. The hair is beautiful and takes well to heat and curls. They even sent me a card for my birthday!

I’ve had such bad experience on other similar hair sites but I’m three wigs in on this site the only place I’ll order wigs online . I’m from the U.K. it takes about a week their customer service is amazing they contact you throughout and always check your details are correct

This is my second time ordering from Yolissa. I bought two wigs the first time around and a third recently. Iam very pleased with all three wigs. Good quality and does not shed. I am pleased with their customer service. They communicate with you, until you receive your package. They even gobour their way to tell you how to open your package, so as not to damage your lace. They always throw a free gift with their orders. I will definitely be ordering from them again

Despite the miscommunication with UPS the customer service was outstanding, they emailed me everyday with updates and it was very appreciative. Then on top of that the hair is beautifully dyed and very easy to work with. Will be shopping again soon 💕🙌🏽

This is my 3rd 4th time ordering from them the hair is always beautiful!!! it came quicker than normal and I normally ask for small cap. The hair was soft no smell !! and I can't wait to wear it so I recommend 5 stars you guys are the best!!!
