I love this hair company I have been a loyal customer for 5 years and they have always maintained professionalism and great quality. I love the quality of the hair! Amazing!!

They bribe you with a fake refund to take down any bad reviews. Check reviews below from another lady, looks like she was told the same to take it down. These reviews are all 5 star cause any bad ones are threatened if you dont take them down. There are better companies than this to get a wig from. There are probably more bad reviews who were bribed to take their post down. Trust your gut when you read this

I been shopping here since my high school years. 4-5 years later I been buying there wigs and last a long time!! They got better with their quality too!! I love their communication

i’ve been ordering wigs from them for 3 years now and every time i buy a wig from them the quality gets even better and better. The ONLY company i’ll ever order from. They’re legit they’re kind, they communicate well and very efficiently they’re just one of the best hair companies out here! If i could give them 10 starts i would! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a wig company. They sent an ash blond wig that shedded immediately, so much so that the wig had bald spots a day or so after wear. I didn’t process or use heat on the wig as it was body wave. The company contacted me because of my review and offered a $20 refund on a $400 wig as a bribe to take my review down. They went back and forth for weeks with me sending multiple videos and pictures of the wig, which ended up being pointless as they NEVER sent a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You will be highly disappointed by the quality of the wig and customer service.

The hair is amazing!! No shedding or smell. Great customer service and fast delivery (2-3 days).

I saw the wig on tiktok it’s so beautiful and I order it my package whose lost by FedEx and I tell yolissa customer service they’re so helpful thanks to them I get my package and the wig whose exactly like in the picture I would recommend to by from them.

I was really skeptical at first because I’ve always had bad experiences witch ordering wigs. I got my Yolissa Wig and I was so excited to try it on. I got a glueless wig and I loved it! I took it out the box and could wear it immediately without having to cut or do anything to the front. I will definitely ordere again and for everyone else thinking about it, just order one and you’ll see. The price was really good for such a high quality wig too. I love it! Thank you!!

I love Yolissa hair !!! The bundles are GREAT quality. I am an African American with blonde hair and it’s very hard to find bundles in my hair color. Yolissa has the perfect #27 blonde bundles and the quality is amazing. These are the best bundles I’ve ever bought. The hair lasts for a LONG time. Also, Yolissa has excellent customer service. I love this company !!!

I wish there were negative reviews. Further to previous post on same issue, many weeks later and still getting endless stories. I was offered a wig that is low quality and that I wouldn't wear anywhere. And the endless back and forth so that you get tired and move on. Save your money. You will be lured with a good wig or two, but then wait for the sting!

They rip you off.

I was looking for a good full lace wig with lots of length. Most vendors have long thin ones that are ridiculously priced but not Yolissa! I ordered the longest full lace wig I could find. it came within the estimated time window, was super long and beautifully styled. I cant wait to order another!

The ordering process was simple and, and the website is easy to navigate. Once I placed my order, Yolissa team reached out quickly to ensure an efficient process from order to delivery. Once the hair was received, the team reached out with instructions on how to inspect it before installing. Everything was great, from start to finish!

The hair came bleached and pre plucked hairline! The length is full and Daisy. Little too no shed. The hair was delivered with beautiful barrel curls making the hair nice and bouncy. 10/10

Lets start of with the quality, their hair is chefs kisses to the hair Gods, it colors very well and is honestly one of the best companies when it comes to true length and density of the hair. Secondly this company is so soo efficient and timely when it comes to getting back with you! They show you the utmost care and respect! For example I put my old address in for my most recent order with them and someone got back with me within hours ( even though they are in a different time zone!)and fixed the issue and even followed up with me when my order was delivered to make sure everything was satisfactory . I truly appreciated everyone at Yolissa Hair!

Shipping was super fast! I ordered the hair and 3 days later it had arrived. The hair is beautiful. Loose wave that looks so natural with a beautiful silky curl pattern. This is now my third purchase from Yolissa and I can reinstall the hair as many times as I want to. I love it, totally worth the money.
