Dear No Nickel Or Dime,

We are sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with our website, however I can confirm that if you have won the bet fairly that we will pay out the winnings.

Thank you for providing us with your player account information. Unfortunately, this username and email address do not correspond to any account on our Yonibet platform. Therefore, we cannot accurately respond to your complaint about the withdrawal.

If there are no terms and conditions breached and you provide the correct documents we don't see any reason to not pay out the withdrawal, therefore in those cases the money should be on the way. For more information I advise you to contact our live chat which is available from 10:00 - 00:00 every day of the week.

Please note that it is very important for our Fraud/Payments department to verify where the payments are coming from. This is for example because you are not allowed to deposit with a card which is in a different name than your own, there are quite a few different reasons which you will be able to find here: https://yonibet.com/fr/page/terms-and-conditions.

If you have a problem with your withdrawal or with a bet placed on our games, please contact us via live chat which is open from 10am to midnight or by email at support@yonibet.com . Our support team will help you to resolve your issue.

We hope to hear from you soon in order to clarify the situation, and we wish you a great day.

Kind regards,
Yonibet Team

Very good selection of games and some…

Very good selection of games and some of the highest odds I have seen in years of gambling. All in all a very nice experience. Only criticism I have would be to have some actual english speaking support agents rather than just translating everything. Not a big deagl though.
