Smashed box when arrived
Everything was great, until I got the box all smashed up. The purse was a little wrinkled inside , I stuffed it with some bubble wrap that came with it and lay it flat. Hopefully it will smoothen out.

The purse is EXQUISITE! The pictures did not do it justice. The purse looks brand new with no tears stains or ink of any kind. The color is Beautiful!This purse looked like it was never carried before. I’m blown away with the excellent price as well and the extra off for the private sale was Awesome! Misleading, inaccurate information
Edit July 1: The company only just added a section to their FAQ that states their prices are in USD. Instead of responding to an original email thread, they've quietly updated their website and responded to this review as if that information was there all along. In response to their suggestion to reach out to their customer service team should I have any questions or concerns - I did. And did not receive a response, which is why this is being posted here instead of resolved in private. Again, lesson learned, and will not be purchasing or recommending this company.
Aside from listing international shipping on their website, their listings do not indicate what currency it is in, nor is there an option to view it in a home currency. It doesn't list anywhere on their website that the items are in USD. I purchased something it was in my home currency, only to find out when I checked my bank account that it wasn't. Had I known, I would've shopped elsewhere. I reached out to the company to confirm if prices are in USD, in which they said yes. When I asked where it is stated on their website, I did not receive a response and was ignored.
Delivery is supposed to take max 10 business days, I waited 12 business days and the item still hadn't arrived to my destination country (Canada). I reached out to the company on day 12 and they responded, but seemingly continued to ignore my previous email on where they list their website that their prices are in USD. This is a lesson learned and I will not be purchasing from this site again.

Excellent quality and condition was as expected. I've bought two purses in like new condition and they came in as expected. Slower than usual shipping but bearable considering the purses were in top quality shape with fair prices.

I NEVER received the Louis Vuitton French wallet I purchased, instead I got an EMPTY Louis Vuitton Box and it was horrible! I contacted their Customer Service and even emailed them, and No response.

Love this company
Been ordering from Yoogis for quite awhile. I love their return policy. I will say I’ve ordered a couple bags that have not been exactly as described, so pay close attention to photos. I ordered a Chanel that said “like new” but the corners had a good amount of wear. Sent it back. Ordered a limited edition neverfull bag that did not disclose the numerous pen marks. That one was a bag I really wanted, so I kept it as I felt the price was fair and I was able to clean it up fairly well. But that’s my biggest complaint- sometimes the condition does not match the description. Otherwise, I would say this is a very reliable company that has great items with great sales (when you sign up for emails). They also acquire rare items which are usually on my wish list.
