I recently bought two electric tooth cleaners. Each one costs about USD50. When I received the goods I found a faulty one. I emailed the support for a refund or a replacement. They responded to my email quickly and promised to send me a replacement.

I have never encountered a company so persistent in denying liability for delivery of a hat. Their slogan is satisfy every customer is our unswerving pursuit of the Goal. I ordered a hat in December. It hadn’t arrived by early February so I chased it up. What followed was 30 emails to try and get it or a refund so their service is active in trying to dodge liability. They sent a photo of a door where the hat was supposedly delivered in early January. It wasn’t my door so I sent a picture of mine and enquired of neighbours if they’d had it. Finally they offered a replacement or a refund then went back on their word and only offered to send me a new hat if I gave them a five star review,WHAT!!! It is clearly a problem with their delivery service not me. Their customer service has been surprisingly persistent in replying quickly. I will update this review as and when I receive a hat or refund.

Well, I bought a pillow and wanted to return but emails going forward and back no joy £43+ item and they offered £3 refund I refused and they offered £20 voucher, that means I had to buy some other items so I did and a very cheap item arrived with no more then £7 for £39 .same item on Ali express for £7.

Actually to give this organisation one star is too generous. The sizing in products bears no resemblance to the rest of the world. They do respond promptly to emails but nothing is achieved. They appear to be a law unto themselves, they sat one thing and do another and have no conscience. I want you to have the benefit of my experience and please, please do not do any business with them.
Comfortable and supportive.
I purchased two of the anti snoring pillows, not because I snore but that I am fed up buying pillows which seem to flatten after a few nights use. These are amazing, after 6 months continuous use, they keep their shape and are really comfortable. Even though I didnt think I slept badly before, I do seem to sleep better now my head is more supported.

Absolutely shocking, shoddy goods, do not fit well at all, they make it impossible to return goods, offering a £30 voucher to buy something else from their rubbish goods, or a £3 refund, absolute insult i wish i hadnt fallen for the advertising photos, the bras i received were nothing like them, keep well away
I did not order an item - this has been going on over 4 months. All I want to do is to return it.
I did not order an item, which I was sent anyway. I asked for a return label to get it back to them - I really didn't want it it was dangerous and capable of killing (Anti Choke Device). They point blank accused me of lying and I should send it back at my own expense. I got deeply personal and threatening emails from them. In the end I decided not to buy food, but to spend the money on returning this item. I have proof of postage, a video of my handing it over to the post office but I fear this isn't over quite yet.

Dog nail grinder
Although the wrong product was initially sent, a dog nail grinder, it appears well made, nice to hold and very quiet. I am looking forward to recieving the correct one with the integral uv light that they have kindly promised me at no charge and no need to return the original.
Scam - poor quality, poor customer service, no refunds
We came across this so-called "UK" site which we selling anti-snoring pillows (which are NOT actually in the UK, but China/Hong Kong).
We ordered 4 pillows, which afterwards we found reviews saying that they are very poor quality, and from China, so we emailed them to cancel. Yooje customer service completely ignored our email and sent them anyway from China 5 days later (probably knowing that its hard to return them to China).
We received them a few weeks later, and the quality was awful! Rubbish pillows, not worth anything let alone the £100+ we paid! We emailed asking for a return and refund. They didn't want the return, and made excuses about them costing too much to return to China (despite having the "UK" website name).
Through repeated emails back and forth over many weeks, they offered rediculously small refunds and website vouchers, such as £7 refund and £20 voucher, for £100+ worth of pillows! This says what kind of company they are.
We argued with them (for many weeks) that due to the bad quality, and ignoring our cancellation, that by law they needed to pay for the return and full refund, but they wouldn't have it (claiming their website says otherwise, but that's not the law!). They eventually agreed a refund BUT only if we paid for the return to China - which would have been almost as much as the product cost! No thanks.
Eventually we were forced to do a Chargeback with our bank, which was successful. Full refund and no silly return cost. When they realised they were having to refund via the Chargeback, they panicked and started bombarding us with emails asking us to return the pillows quickly (at our cost) for a refund. Again, no thanks. Money now refunded and pillows to the charity shop.
They guys are scam artists, just see the other reviews here (I suspect any good reviews are not genuine). DO NOT BUY!
