Tried to buy a Ninja Air Fryer for £118. Payment was through Blink open banking platform and taken directly through my banking app. I realised very quickly it was a scam as the bank transaction was to a "test account". I felt such a fool as I like to think I am aware of internet security and the steps to take to avoid scams. I immediately contacted my bank who after 24hours told me that although they hadn't done anything wrong from their side they could see that I had followed the correct procedure so as a gesture of goodwill they would refund my money and follow the case up. I was very lucky this time but I realise I should have done much deeper research into this company. Having checked today the site seems to have been taken down. If you have been a victim please check with your bank they may help.

Keep well away from this company you order & pay but nothing turns up I ordered the Ninja air fryer paid then had a confirmation E Mail but nothing arrived Phoned them several times no reply E Mailed only to get the same result fortunately I contacted my bank & was refunded my money I can’t understand why the web site is still there

Scam!! They take your money, send convincing looking updates and the goods never arrive!

Avoid at all costs.

Finally some good news. Banks, at least Barclays, already know the problem and my payment has been refunded automatically with a note that an "account unable to receive credits". It looks it may be end of their business however STAY ALERT, they will definitely change the name. Incidentally, they display all major credit cards logos but there is no link to pay. I believe big boys like Visa should do something with the scammers. After all they are undermining their reputation. Sorry, I believe I am overoptimistic.

Update finally waiting period over with the bank today it was chargeback day , tomorrow i will have the money back in my bank , please don't wait report it to your bank they will put a note on the system 10 clear working days later i was able to escalate to a dispute via the bank , i am a lucky they have reclaimed it back

ABSOLUTE SCAM!!! do not touch this website they take your money promise delivery and it never turns up even though they are very clever with this sending you confirmations and tracking and said delivery would be 7 business day but then you can't get in touch with them as it is all mobile numbers and emails which they do not reply I have reported this to my bank and to Action fraud

Absolutely this is a scam. They have no intention of sending out the item. As others have said, the money from your bank account goes out as United-outlet. They then block you from contacting them. As others have said I am now taking this up with my bank and other organisations, to get this website taken off search engines.

Just to let anyone else scammed by this company or any other know, I put in a cashback with my bank and got my £150 back, had to wait 2 weeks just incase the company disputed it. They didn't of course. So put up a fight and get your money back.

Had to give 1 star as nothing less. I have fallen victim to this scam company as well. Wished I’d read these reviews first. Don’t think my ninja will be coming so I am £118 down. My bank said I transferred the money so can’t get my money back🤬 I have reported this company to action fraud

SCAM - DONT BUY
As others have said this is a scam site, advertised products are never sent and calls or emails never answered. If you paid via visa debit or credit you can chargeback the money.
They also have a website called brighton-direct dot com so avoid this one too.
As mentioned in another review their company name is All Goo Ltd

Registered at a serviced office which has mutliple companies registered at the same address.

How do these companies manage to get set up over and over when it is the same people running them.

Definitely a scam. I ordered a Ninja airfryer which I paid for on my credit card. They confirmed the order by email but I started to get suspicious when after a week it hadn't arrived so I contacted them asking when I can expect my order and they replied 7 business days. Well it still has not arrived and I will notify my bank today.

I totally agree with the other reviews having been caught out by them as well. I ordered an air fryer having struggled to find one elsewhere then having found the reviews of the company I cancelled the order and was told my £150 would be refunded in 7 business days. Two weeks and several emails later I have received nothing. I will call my card provider to see if there is a chance of getting the money back but I'm not hopeful! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

One star as no options for zero stars. I fell for the cheap air fryer deal. My bad… I should have known that if something is too good to be true, then it probably is. Have raised the scam issue with my bank. Paid £88 through something called a fire payment. Beware.

Scam website. no contact number only a mobile which no one answers. They don't reply to emails either. Search for more information and the company doesn't exist. Reported to the bank. hopfully will get my money back!
