You have no rights if you use York water
Your water company has repeatedly accessed close spaces of my property without permission. York Water company has done damage to my property without compensation. York Water has made repairs on my property and never returned the soil back to its original condition, leaving Stone and holes in my yard without resolving the problem. This occurred back in February. York Water company. Employees refused to identify themselves as required by Pennsylvania law they act in a threatening and abusive manner they have shown up on my property without notification. They have dug holes again, accessed underneath the property all without my knowledge and my permission. This all occurred in February 2026. I am writing this in September 2026 in York Water has refused to address and resolve any of it in violation of Pennsylvania utility protocols. It’s not like I have a choice with water company but when a water company accesses your property gets underneath your property opening up spaces for which they have no legal right to do short of an emergency violation of my legal rights, criminal trespass, and destruction of private property.
