I had an amazing time at Brooklane. It was a peaceful environment, flatmates were amazing and all complaints were taken seriously. I get value for the room I paid for. If I have to live in Chester again, I will definitely consider Brooklane again. Thank you for making my living in 27 a fantastic one.

Joph has been really great! He always responds very quickly with patient to all the queries we raised and tries to sort out any issues we had as soon as possible. I had a great time at 10 Kensington Green. Thanks

My 5 years renting has been excellent. Landlord is prompt to sort problems and will help out whenever needed.
It has made my experience a good one.

I was renting with you & co for 3 and a half years before buying my own house and cannot compliment them enough.

Everything was easy, from viewing to checking out, rooms good size and in good condition and faults/issues were always sorted in a timely manner.

Nick is a great landlord and even sends us Christmas cards and gifts!

The house share was an excellent experience. The house is in a lovely area, with a close knit community.
Issues (which were rare) with maintenance was sorted quickly and efficiently.
Nick is an excellent landlord and always goes out of his way to ensure his tenants are happy. Communication was efficient and effective with the landlord and management.
The housemates are incredible. All young professionals, who respect your privacy but also up from group outings and get together.

I have had a lovely time living in one of the Chester HMOs- Nick is a fantastic landlord who maintains the house well and acts immediately to any issues you have and also takes them seriously. The house is lovely, spacious and is well decorated and maintained (cleaners, gardeners, window cleaners etc) so it truly feels like home. I am WFH yet I’ve never felt like I haven’t had enough space, and I love that the communal areas and garden are really large and accommodating to how many people live in the house so it never feels too busy. I actually enquired about a You & Co property because my friend lived in one and absolutely loved it, so I knew it would be a good choice. I would definitely recommend a You & Co over anywhere else if you are looking for a place in Chester 😊

A great 2.5 years! Nick has been a fantastic landlord - very responsive, helpful and friendly. The property was always very well looked after and if any issues every occurred, assistance was only one text away. Great house, great people, great landlord.

Couldn't ask for a better experience. I had a wonderful time over 2 years staying at Kensington green. Everything was managed to an outstanding standard. Nick has been an incredibly thoughtful & caring landlord going above and beyond all the time. I had piece of mind that the house would be kept in great condition and problems would be solved swiftly. Even received gifts at Christmas. Smoothest renting experience I've ever had.

You and Co Living provides a very professional and efficient service because Nick is an excellent landlord who really cares about his tenants. My experience living in one of his shared houses for 3 years has brought me friends for life in several of my other housemates and has allowed me to establish myself in a new city in a safe, comfortable home environment. Any issues that arose during my tenancy were addressed promptly and without fuss. Maintenance checks are also regularly carried out and acted upon meaning that the house is in great condition. I cannot recommend Nick and his team enough and thank him for his sincerity and genuine warmth as a landlord. It has been a pleasure to live here!

I have had the pleasure of staying at 16 Richmond crescent for 7 months whilst working in Chester. It’s like a proper little family there, and the house and housemates are so warm and welcoming! I could not have asked more from my landlord Nick, he was always so responsive and ready to help with anything. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a home away from home.

I cannot recommend You & Co Living highly enough. The property I rented was beautiful, great quality and condition, and tastefully decorated even down to the little details. Nick is a very efficient, professional and kind landlord and any issues (which have only even been minor) are dealt with swiftly at no extra cost to the tenants. …excellent living, not only the house itself and my housemates but also the promptness of repairs and addressing any issues, other perks like Netflix and hampers etc - I thoroughly enjoyed it, and our landlord was exemplary!

I had a great experience moving in to one of these properties! The on-boarding process was very straightforward and any question I had was answered on the same day. I had a lengthy call with the landlord prior to moving in and discussed questions about the house share option as I had only lived alone/with parents beforehand, and the landlord was more than happy to help. All discussions were transparent including pricing, duration of stay and the deposit process was simple with it being returned within 48 hours of leaving.

The landlord is always available and is friendly with any queries myself or any of my housemates had, with any issue being remediated ASAP.

When moving out, it was easy to hand in my notice and the landlord is so supportive with references etc.

Overall, it was a great experience and would recommend to anyone looking to rent/house share.

Can't recommend enough! It's a whole new experience being a tenant of Nick's. In terms of the property at Kensington Green, he'd really thought of everything down to the storage solutions, which made my bedroom look minimal despite all my possessions. I'd never known him not to respond to queries immediately even at the evenings or weekends. Also, his maintenance team turnaround repair jobs quickly no matter how minor and all monies owed (pro rata rent and deposit) were exact and reimbursed within 1-2 days. In short, the HMO is run professionally where you (the customer) come first! If only he could be my landlord everywhere I went. Thanks again Nick for treating us for our birthdays and at Christmas!

Couldn’t have asked for a better landlord (which is a first for me), but honestly everything about living in this house was easy. Communication with the landlord is fantastic, so moving in was quick, any issues in terms of maintenance (which were few and far between) were typically resolved within a matter of days, even minor internet issues which most landlords wouldn’t look twice at! Upon sadly moving out due to personal experiences, the process was quick, simple and I had my deposit back within 24 hours. Overall I couldn’t recommend enough, for what was a lovely house under fantastic management!

If I could give my experience 6 stars, I would!
Having never lived in a house share prior, I had my reservations, however as soon as I saw the property and met my house mates, all those worries vanished.
Kensington Green, is modern, stylish, and beautifully finished. I never took for granted the sheer amount of light that flood into my room and the kitchen.
You have pretty much everything you need already waiting there for you, a comfortable bed, desk and chair, wardrobe, kitchen utensils, pots and pans etc. Working remotely, I found the desk space particularly useful.
I had the absolute pleasure of living with 4 girls; Lexi, Mimi, Emily and Sarah. I’ve made friends for life. We had our fair share of gatherings on the weekend, whether that be sitting together and watching Netflix or having a drink and dancing around the kitchen island. The kitchen/living area is a great space to socialize. With more than enough space in the kitchen cupboards and fridges, and everyone have their own en-suite there’s no reason to squabble.
Nick is an amazing landlord. On the very few occasions we needed something such as a lightbulb changing, Nick would respond instantly on the house WhatsApp group and there would be someone in the next day to address it. He’s very professional, considerate of his tenants, and just an all round lovely guy!
Don’t hesitate, just go see for yourself!
