I'd love to share my love for the products but I haven't received my order
I have not received my order and I have tried to contact the company through email, through the website form and even through Instagram but I have not even received a "we're working on it" message or one telling me who to contact. NOTHING. Well, I lie, I have received three emails asking me to rate my experience... so here it is. I can understand lots of problems can come up with international delivery but I cannot understand this lack of attention/response, to be honest. Very disappointing experience.

Miracle to my skin
I found this brand at Vivaness 2020, the products looked very nice, also the feedback, so I decide to try them by myself. From first day I tried this brand I fell in love with it, my skin has never look so good and healthy. All the time I have used powder to disguise my breakouts and scars but since I use these products my skin looks so good that I don't need to use powder to feel confident in my own skin. I haven't got any problems so fare, only once there was delivery problem but You&oil team fixed it as soon as I write them and settle everything as quickly as possible, I really appreciate their customer servise. Soon in my home will be only You&oil products.

My hair is thin, and the shampoo is completely unsuitable for my hair, the hair becomes oily faster, and the hair is also difficult to manage. The thing is that your hair needs to get used to the natural product and balance its own oil production. This shampoo is made only from natural ingredients without any harsh chemicals which are mainly added for shampoos to foam and strip out your scalp from the natural oil production cycle. Our most popular suggestion: we all need to be a little more patient with natural products and give our bodies a bit more time to adapt and enjoy the effect of natural ingredients.

Very expensive delivery options, lp express cost about only 2 euros, but there is no option.
In order Lithuanian post cost service over 6 euros.
Products are amaizing, we really like.
