Having the peace of mind and options of things to do is really unmatched, especially on your first trip to Japan.

I very rarely give a 5 out of 5 but Greg has more than earned it. We worked with him off and on for a year as we planned the trip and ironed out details and during this time he consistently provided detailed, clear, patient, thoughtful and friendly help, making many suggestions to improve our trip.
Our trip was self-guided and during the trip itself he was ever at the ready to provide support, quickly making adjustments on the fly for us the 2 or 3 times we needed it.
I've worked in customer service for many years and become very attuned to quality of service - Greg's service is easily among the best I've ever experienced. I can't recommend him highly enough. Thank you so much for an unforgettable experience!

This self-guided tour was perfect for us! The company provided an easy-to-follow itinerary and an incredible list of restaurant recommendations. We tried everything from sushi in Tokyo to okonomiyaki in Osaka. My zoom with Cory helped at the beginning as well. We wanted to change a couple of destinations on the itinerary and she did a fantastic job. We added Kanazawa and Nagoya to explore the Nakansendo trail. Thank you so much!

What a wonderful experience. From start to finish, we were so lucky to deal with Cory who clearly knows everything about Japan. Any silly questions, she immediately answered and provided with details about everything. Delighted with the whole itinerary and the pdf booklet which we printed and took with us to Japan.
