This company didn't place me immediately, it took a month and the campaign manager Joshua quit.. but Emiel refunded me and also placed my song in a playlist. The playlist I was placed on performed well for about 2 weeks, and had very little streams removed if any. I would do business with YouGrow Promo again.

I appreciate two (2) main reasons I am satisfied with my experience with YouGrow. For one, YouGrow takes its time and strategically run my campaigns. Secondly, the staff is accessible and kind.

So far so good! I've used them 7 times so far. They are by far the best bang for your buck. I've used the Spotify and Youtube services, both are great. Some playlists have been better than others but that is just the nature of it all. I've had a couple of songs over-perform, which is amazing.

I've worked with YouGrow multiple times and am very satisfied with their service. They are always available if theres an issue, and has great customer service.
An overall good option for anyone looking to market their music.

I've tried a few different services to promote songs from a recent release. You typically get bots from most services... which I want to stay away from. YouGrow met and exceeded my expectations and their customers service is outstanding.

I gained 4,914 listeners in roughly 2 weeks so as you can see the service works. I'd recommend any new artist use YouGrow to get their music heard!

Customer care is great, promotions could be improved

This was the best Spotify Campaign our team has done. We did our song Star Baby by Mario Canons Wasteland. Our campaign resulted in 10k real streams with 1500 playlist adds and over 300 saves in 30 days. Our popularity score on Star Baby went from a 29 to a 36 sparking a lot of Algorithmic growth on Spotify organically! Thank you Yougrow!

I have worked with several of YouGrow’s campaign managers, recently Tsvetina and Luis, and the experience has always been rich and supportive. They do a great job of finding playlists that really fit well with the song I’ve sent them. I like that they too are musicians and understand what it’s like to be an independent artist. My impression of YouGrow is that they operate with the utmost integrity, and given the plethora of organizations out there trying to get us to use their playlisting services, it is nice to know you can count on them to put your music in front of real listeners. Plus, they plant trees for every playlist order. How great is that? I plan to continue using them in the future!!

Very bad! I feel scammed, booked Spotify promo, they wrote after a few days no curators found to add my song to playlist, then offered me to change my promo to TikTok promo, after weeks, 1 result - they always answer very nice, but it is like talking to AI, avoid if you would ask me

Definitely a very good experience end-to-end. Results are perfectly in line with the expectations for the starter package (decent playlists, real listeners, and roughly 3,5k streams in a month). But what sets YouGrow really apart from other similar services is the personal approach: throughout the whole campaign you’re in contact with your own campaign manager, to guide you through the whole process and to answer all your questions. Really appreciated that a lot.

They are the real deal. If they don't get good results because the song is a hard sell, they offer other services to make good on it even though it isn't their fault. They are responsive real people over email and I appreciate their advice and work.
