I've been with Youi for 11 years

I've been with Youi for 11 years. In that time I've had several policies car, home, contents & business. Every interaction, no matter if it's quoting/changes, cancellations or roadside assistance, I've received outstanding customer service, without fail.
Every operator has treated me like a friend and you just don't get service like that anywhere else.
I'll continue to use them for many years to come!

Great Service

I was transferred to Jessica after working with Willow reviewing my due CTP policy, Jessica then went through all my policies and provided me with the best price which included some refunds, Jessica also answered all my questions and queries regarding policies changes, she was friendly and very helpful.

Half my costs saved - bonus!

All my questions were answered in a clear manner. Jonah was extremely patient and explained the telephone process to me, as well as the quotation process. He was polite, cheerful and accommodating!
And I saved money by paying almost half of what I have been paying. What a bonus!

Outstanding service from YOUI…

Outstanding service from YOUI from start to finish. They resolved our claim extremely fast and we were so surprised by how easy everything was. They made a stressful time feel like a breeze. Feeling very happy that we put our car insurance through them, so much so that we changed our contents insurance to be under YOUI too because of this positive experience. Thank you YOUI!

Staff assisted with my enquiry and…

Staff assisted with my enquiry and after a short conversation I had the answer to my questions. My policy was upgraded and received my new certificate of currency within minutes via email. Thankyoui !

I have tried a number of car insurance…

I have tried a number of car insurance agencies over the past 30 years and it’s refreshing to speak with someone who answers the phone after the first couple of rings and is also in Australia. An Australian call centre is a must when I choose to deal with any business

Great Experience

Spoke with a Youi Representative this afternoon called Abby. What an absolute gem of a person to talk to about my car insurance policy. If I could give 10 stars I would have. Very genuine & more importantly a $200 saving on my previous policy. Couldn’t be more happier with the experience. Well done Abby & a big tick to Youi.
