Staggering dishonesty and incompetence.

I bought TUI travel shares mid 2020. TUI then had a rights issue which I applied for and paid £2000 plus. AJB did not allot me the new shares and they kept my money, and my 2020 share were devalued by about 50%.

I have chased AJB six times since February 2021. It's now May 2021 and nothing but incompetence or deliberate incompetence.

I shall soon report them to the Financial Ombudsmen.

AJB have just reported huge profits and Andy Bell's now enormous wealth, but my experience is perfectly horrifying.
