The first time I used this company

This was the first time I have used this company. I ordered seven items and only kept one. They looked good on the website but I was very disappointed with the quality and fit. The only item I kept was a hoodie which I'm pleased with fit and the quality.
Unfortunately I won't be using them again.

Items good value but despatch dept bad!

The items represent good value, but the despatch department is terrible, took delivery of 2 orders recently - both wrong; one order had an item missing which is impossible to prove that you haven't received it. Its put me off future puchases. Sort this out please!!

Do not shop from them

Absolutely disappointed. I ordered a jacket and have now been waiting 4 days for delivery. The situation became even more frustrating today when I received an email from Yodel confirming delivery between 19:00–21:00.
Not only did the parcel not arrive, but I then received a notification claiming that the driver attempted delivery and that no one was at home. This is simply not true. Both my wife and I were at home all day, and there was no knock, no doorbell, no card left—nothing.
Using Yodel, one of the most unreliable courier services in the UK, reflects very poorly on your brand. As a customer, I don’t care whose fault it is internally—the responsibility lies with the retailer to choose a dependable delivery partner.
Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend ordering from you. Reliable delivery is basic customer service, and this experience has been a complete let-down.

My package just arrived but you never…

My package just arrived but you never included the two cream color mens tops. I don't appreciate being scammed & I'll reach out to my bank to get the funds back. How dare you. Don't shop here. There's no way to speak to the seller and they will not send your full order.

A refund has now been fully processed for this item, and a confirmation email has been sent. Depending on your payment provider, funds can take up to 5 working days to show.

When you contacted us again, also outside of office hours, the message was responded to on the next working day and the refund was re-confirmed immediately. We do apologise that this was not actioned as promptly as it should have been the first time.

One men’s top was missing from your parcel due to a stock issue identified during picking. This item was refunded in full once confirmed.
Regarding the cut-label item, our business specialises in cut-label fashion, which is clearly advertised across our website and product listings. This is not a fault, but a characteristic of the products we sell.

In relation to the umbrella, our customer service team requested photos of the damage on two occasions so this could be investigated and resolved appropriately. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response or the requested images, which meant we were unable to progress this further.

We always aim to resolve issues as quickly as possible and are happy to assist once the required information is received. Our customer service team are available during working hours and will respond as soon as messages are picked up.

Saw a decent priced jumper and decided…

Saw a decent priced jumper and decided to get it. I also picked up a hat and gloves on the delivery as fairly cheap but no extra delivery fee. Only the hat and gloves were delivered as the jumper wasn't actually available. This was refunded but in essence I have ended up paying £5 delivery for a relatively cheap hat and gloves - so no saving at all.

First & last order

Rubbish. First order placed and they sent me a dispatch email and a tracking number and a cancellation email /refund all within hour and a half! Avoid, I will be.

Material is not as is advertised

I bought a pair of pyjamas that had been reduced to eight pounds, which I thought was a good deal considering they were advertised as fleece material. Unfortunately, they were cheap in price and in quality. The material is terrible, sticks to my skin, and is definitely not fleece. Very disappointing, and probably the last time I will shop with this store.

Buy cheap, buy twice and not for me thank you.

Just received my first order, a little disappointed, I ordered two pairs jeggings, one black, one blue, I received one charcoal and one denim, made in Bangladesh, a little bit smelly but decided to keep them as they were cheap, ok for DIY and gardening also purchased two pairs of fleece lined leggings, received the correct colours but made of very cheap material, nylon, better not go near a fire, couple of other items, again cheaply made. I’ll not be placing another order.

Would be good if you could get through…

Would be good if you could get through to them either by chat or by phone can't do neither, bought items on 4th of December, they didn't post until the 12th december , now being stuck at yodel and can't get through to them either, now can see that everything I have bought has been reduced nice one wouldn't mind if I had received them ,I have bought before and was happy but not know won't buy again

We can see that you have not contacted us directly via our email or contact page regarding this order, which is the quickest way for us to assist if there is an issue.

Your order was placed on 4th December and dispatched on 12th December during an extremely busy Christmas trading period. Once the parcel is handed over to Yodel, delivery progress and tracking updates are managed by the courier. At peak times, scans can be delayed while parcels move through their network, which can give the impression that items are not progressing.

Price changes after an order is placed are unrelated to delivery and are due to ongoing promotions and stock adjustments. These reductions do not affect orders already placed.

We are glad to see your order was received well in time for Christmas.

10 days to deliver!

Good product at a good price but long wait for delivery. I realise it's December but 10 days for delivery is poor. Had a quick reply to email when I chased delivery and they apologised but think I'm unlikely to order again due to slow delivery.

2 confirmed orders - both orders items missing and only some items refunded

2 confirmed orders, no update in 2 weeks and then emails on the day of delivery to notify some of the items were out of stock and are being refunded.  This happened with both orders.

Having opened the 2nd delivery, it contains 4 sets of pjs - not the 5 ordered as a family set. Closer inspection shows that only XL set sent was mens XL when the size ordered in men's was XXL, and there is no set of ladies family pjs. There has also been no refund for pjs notified despite the dispatch note clearly circling the family pjs along with the two items that were notified as missing from the order by email.

Secondly, your company clearly knew they had not dispatched all the items for the confirmed order but held notification back for 2 weeks. 4 sets of family pjs for a family of 5 on a confirmed order is a let down and defeats the purpose of ordering matching family pjs for the whole family for Christmas. Had they notified the confirmed order could only partially be fulfilled the whole order would have been cancelled and placed elsewhere instead of being left in the lurch with 4 sets of pjs the week before Christmas.

Amazing!

Amazing! Lovely garments! Quick delivery! Great value for money!

Only thing I would say, DONT size up on the men's pjs! My husband and daughter (who likes boy fitting stuff) are going to be wearing nightdresses as PJ tops for Christmas Eve photos!🤣🤣🤣❤️❤️

Don’t order from here!!

I’ve ordered quite a few times from you know who’s and have never had a bad experience until now.
Ordered 2 separate orders, no sign of any delays mentioned on their website, a week came and went still no sign of my orders being dispatched. I had to contact them to find out what was going on, asked them to cancel both orders due to the length of time packing and shipping was taking, they claim to have never received that email (conveniently) even though I could see my reply asking to cancel when I replied to them. Orders eventually arrived, 2 items missing from one order and then they sent me men’s pyjamas instead of ladies, have emailed on several occasions and now they’re ignoring my emails to resolve this. So as they do not wish to resolve this I have raised an issue with Klarna (thank goodness I my Klarna debit card as they’re helping recover the funds) and they still continue to not want to help, so you can have a bad review instead, this is how they treat their loyal customers.

The message referred to as a cancellation request was received with no content in the body of the email, which meant we were unable to action a cancellation at that point. In the absence of clear instruction, orders continue through processing as normal.

During the run up to Christmas, we also sent an email to all customers with open orders outlining estimated dispatch dates based on the day their order was placed, to help manage expectations during an exceptionally busy period.

Any issues reported after delivery were reviewed and handled in line with our standard process. Emails are not ignored, although response times can be longer during peak periods and multiple follow-up emails can sometimes cause delays.
