customer service terrible

Money is the big issue. I think they have paid people chatting with you just to keep you clicking. People wanting to only chat through email as they send you 10 pictures if the same pose. 130 credits per email and photos. Customer service is terrible. I have been trying for them to close the account for over a month now and so far nothing done.

Interface is a bit dated

The buttons and the font look like they haven't been updated since 2015. It functions okay, but it doesn't feel like a premium experience when the design is this far behind other modern platforms. A fresh coat of paint would go a long way 😑

This sounds stupid

This sounds stupid, but I literally couldn't find the logout button for ten minutes. It’s hidden under three different layers of "Account Settings." It shouldn't be that hard to just leave the site when I'm finished

Whenever I upload a photo the site automatically

Whenever I upload a photo the site automatically crops it in a way that cuts off half my head. There’s no tool to adjust the crop manually so I’m stuck with these awkward looking pictures that I didn't even choose.

Back on the scene after fifteen years

My marriage ended last summer and I realized I have no idea how to be single in the modern world. Everything is digital and it is very intimidating when you haven't done it since the early 2000s.
