Bad for the environment

The company has further reduced my item since ordering. When asking to receive a refund for the difference (£100) they declined and asked me to return the item in order to re-order it for the new discounted price. Given our environmental crisis this is really frustrating and unnecessary.

Disappointing service from premium brand!

Purchased some knitwear from YMC. Thankfully it’s made well as it’s by Jamieson’s of Shetland for YMC.
However I feel their customer service isn’t good at all.
Their clothing is expensive and to send it with minimal delivery information (no time slot) and I didn’t know it was delivered somewhere else until I contacted DHL on a premium phone line.
Other companies just do it better!

Over-priced but low quality with horrible service

Over-prices but low quality clothes falling apart after first use
Awful customer service - clothes bought in store cannot be returned by post so if you don’t live in london your screwed for that sin
When returned in store after 5 hour round trip to london told it was too late
Emails not responded to in 2 weeks - even to PR manager and asking for manager to contact me
Even messaging head of digital at parent company on LinkedIn - no response!
Very poor management and little training in customer service for online or in store staff

ordered a t shirt online

ordered a t shirt online. The order was processed but there was no email confirmation to confirm the order had gone through. I then received three emails to say the order was being dispatched but unfortunately this was not the case. I then received another email (over 1 week later) to ask me to pay via paypal as the system hadn't processed it - by then I had lost interest. Not a great first experience!
