From minor communication misunderstandings to major breakages... we suffered it all with this company. Starting with emails that took weeks to be responded to, that led to a delay in starting the project. Requests that till today, after installation, still hasn't been addressed. A Project Manager incapable of taking basic measurements of the roof and us ending with one panel totally offset from the rest. Delivery of panels where two of them broke and I had to fight to get replacement expedited, a battery system which even though they've had 3 month of preparing still arrive late, pushing the project into a later turn-on date in Summer. People who don't apologize for mistakes and all round tardy workers who just enjoyed our coffee for free more than working 8 hours a day... very inefficient. Sorry but you know the project didn't go to plan when the Managing Director of the company needs to call you and give reassurance. Unfortunately nothing was done to compensate any of our issues and we're locked into this company till we out right buy the entire system. Truly sad to see service like this existing in Switzerland.

One of the poorest customer experiences I've been through to be honest.
Individuals you talk to seem very capable when you get to talk to them. Until the contract is signed it's fairly smooth sailing. Once the contract is signed there is virtually 0 communication. We've had schedules changing without our knowledge, parts not arriving by the time the installation was supposed to take place, electricians appearing at our door to work on days we were home only by chance. And while we were constantly emailing to either inform or receive an update none were answered.
It was also very interesting to hear their own employees making statements like "I know the communication with the office is not always great" which makes me think this is systemic and not just in our case. All in all I would say that the initial contact was good up to the point where we signed the contract and from there we hit a cliff.
Additional advice: during the installation make sure to be present and review it's ridiculous to see equipment (inverter) not being level after installation or the excessive amount of rerouting of cables while there are shorter paths available. Although this is somewhat more for the commissioned electricians rather than the company itself.

Fast implementation and promised power achieved!

Was recommended the team from Younergy by a colleague. I was very satisfied by the advise, the quotation nor the execution. All was transparent, in time and at cost and they really didn t push for extra useless specs or investments.

One thing to improve? maybe a follow up session 6/12 months after installation to check if everything was up to expectations as well as yiled at expected levels. But that s a detail in all schemes of things

From the conception to the realization, everything went perfectly well. Customer service is also responsive and professional.
minor problem for me: each time the worker came, I was told only 24 hours before.
