Youngsavage is now defunct, but I had a great experience with them. For a very short time, they offered a clone of a very valuable archaic smile 666 shirt, I managed to grab it and it was sent out pretty quickly. I've owned it for about 3 years now and it's still my favourite shirt!

I ordered (Women's Goth Punk Chunky Platform Wedges High Heels Zipper Boots × 1 brown ankle boots / 38) on the 6th September and have not heard anything back on where my order is or if it’s been dispatched etc. They have taken my money and just a little concerned as when I google the business or try to email it says they no longer exist?

Ordered the shoes on January 4th and they didn't get shipped till end of January. Then I checked the tracking like middle of February like the 20th? And it said delivery attempted but it was at Liverpool depot and I live nowhere near Liverpool so I contacted them and they said they would look into it. I got an email back saying the shipment had got lost and they sent a replacement out on the 10th February and sent me the new tracking number. I was annoyed because I had no update email with the new tracking number to say a replacement got sent out on the 10th until I contacted them so there was no communication there for the new tracking number so I was using the old one for ages even though it was incorrect.
The shoes arrived just in the bag sent for shipping so no protection or no box or anything so they could have got damaged in transit they were literally just in the bag by themselves.
I ordered the neon green platforms and they're quite light in weight so I worry about how long the bottom will last because it does feel like cheap material for 50 quid. Fair to say I won't order again due to how long it takes for them to arrive and the fact I was not informed of the new tracking number until I reached out.

By now, I have 5 pairs of awesome gothic platform boots from this shop and they're so cool! Some got slightly scratched in transit, as they were packed in plastic bags and not boxes

I ordered a pair of boots for my daughter and I used the sizing guide on the website. The boots arrived about a month after ordering, they came folded in half and stuffed in a plastic delivery bag! The bits on the front are plastic, not metal and 3 of them had already fallen off in the bag! They are also 3 sizes too big!! How can they be so big when I used their own sizing guide!! Not at all worth the £78 I paid for them!!!

I ordered a pair of really cute platform boots. I was worried with them being so cheap, and i was right to be. When they arrived, they were nothing like the picture. Different material, different style. Definitely not even worth ghe 30 odd quid I payed. The sole wasn't even rubber. They were embarrassing. The only commendable thing to say is that when I reached out and asked for a refund, they sent me the label for free returns and I think I got the money back within a week.

If I could give less than zero I would.
I placed an order on the 19th of April today it's the 12th and I haven't received anything. They claimed it was delivered Sunday 1st of May on Bank holiday weekend and that none was in yet left no card with details as to were the parcel is . Sounds dogy, I have sent several emails asking for refund and nothing.
I will advise not to order from here at all.

The dress arrived quicker than I thought! I wasn't too impressed at first the ties on the dress wasnt looped or tied. The dress doesn't exactly match the picture on site but overall I am happy with the size and fit . I ordered a small not realising its from China until I later checked delivery email so this worried me.

I purchased the Stars and Stripes (Fire Starter) sweat shirt. It was a long time waiting for delivery but this is explained on the site before purchasing so no complaints there. When I finally took receipt of the item I was amazed at the quality. In fact I ordered another 2 for my wife and daughter (Massive Prodogy fans) I would highly recommend this new company

Thank you for the amazing customer service I received. I requested a refund from the jumper I ordered because I didn’t need it anymore. You explained clearly how the refund process worked, and i was refunded very quickly after I sent the jumper back. I am very impressed with this service. A lot of companies make it difficult to get a refund. Many companies also make it hard for customers to contact their customer service team. So you should be proud of your efficient customer service, and I would definitely recommend your company.

Ordered a pair of shoes before Christmas 2021. Received an email saying they were out for delivery on 5th January 2022. Received a further email 14th January 2022 to say they had been delivered. I have received nothing from the company and have sent 3 emails asking for a refund. No communication from the company whatsoever. Avoid using this website. Very poor.
