After initial difficulties..
After initial difficulties Your.Software helped me download and install NorVPN. The initial link was unsuccessful for accessing NordVPN. I HAD 30 minutes of frustration being referred back to the original link by various “ help” links. I believed I had been scammed and sent an email to that effect to Your Software. The following day I received a new link that solved the problem!

Big mistake!!
They happily took my money, and then asked for more.
I have contacted the merchant for a refund...nothing doing.
They have failed to respond to 3 messages asking for my money back.
Clearly a scam operation..I suggest they are given a wide berth.

We did respond to all your messages. If you did not receive our replies, they may have been filtered into your spam or junk folder. We can resend the full communication history upon request. We always make sure every customer receives an answer.
Neither we nor Norton asked you for more money. What you saw after activation on Norton’s website is their automatic renewal form. This is a standard feature that Norton enables when you activate a license. It does not mean you have to pay anything extra now. It only schedules a renewal for the next period, which you can turn off at any time directly from your Norton account under "My Subscriptions" by disabling Auto Renewal.
A refund is unfortunately not possible. The 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases does not apply once a digital product key has been delivered and activated. This is stated in the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Article 16, point m) and also in Dutch law (Burgerlijk Wetboek 6:230p). These laws specify that the right of withdrawal ends once delivery of digital content begins with the customer’s prior consent, which is explicitly agreed to during the purchase process before the license is shown.
We fully understand that the process with Norton’s Auto Renewal page can be confusing, but your license was genuine, and your order was processed correctly.
