Review: Misleading Promotion and Unfair Customer Service
I am extremely disappointed with the recent promotion I received. The offer was not clearly explained, and as a result, I have lost 40 days of my already‑paid subscription. The promotion activated immediately, instead of being added after my current subscription ends, and nowhere in the offer was this disclosed.
When I contacted customer service to request a fair extension—simply to avoid losing subscription time—I was told no. When I asked for a refund, I was also told no. This is unacceptable.
The promotion was misleading, and the refusal to correct the issue or offer a refund shows a lack of transparency and respect for customers. I trusted the offer in good faith, and instead I ended up losing time I had already paid for.
I hope the company reviews this practice, because no customer should be penalized for taking advantage of a promotion that was not clearly communicated.
