Before any campaign begins or payment is processed, we take clients through our terms and conditions in detail, including pricing, invoicing, our money-back guarantee period, and the cancellation process. This guarantee period is designed to be completely risk-free, and we always recommend remaining on board during that timeframe so we have the opportunity to deliver results. In the instance where our guarantee is not achieved we refund accordingly.

Regarding invoicing and cancellation, we apologise if anything felt unclear or inconsistent. We’re so sorry for the initial experience you've had with us, specifically that the interaction felt stressful and rushed. That’s never how we want anyone to feel.

Our sales team work with limited availability and we try to help businesses secure top positions on Google Maps, so while we are trying to fill that spot as quickly as we can, we completely understand that timing matters, especially in a clinic environment where your clients come first.
