Firstly, the timeframe for processing a company formation is not always determined solely by us. Depending on the nature of the application, identity verification requirements, and any additional compliance checks that may be required, some applications can take longer than others. We always aim to complete applications as quickly as possible while ensuring we meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
Secondly, there are no "hidden costs". All optional services, including our Privacy Package and service address options, are clearly explained before purchase and are entirely optional. Under UK company law, Companies House requires certain statutory information to be placed on the public register. Where clients wish to keep their residential address off the public record, we offer optional privacy services to help achieve this, but these are never mandatory.
We are sorry that you were disappointed with your experience, but we believe it is important to clarify these points for anyone considering our services.

Super slow service and have registered the wrong address with companies house.

Your response passively implies we supplied wrong address's. However this was not the case. The "user led" process is slow clunky, repetitive and lacks any human interaction with the customer to allow genuine requirements to be understood. The result - errors and incorrect filed information which now needs to be resolved by others.

Disappointed so far….
When you decide on a package there is an online form. I had issues with the form I was sent a video but what was the most helpful and quickest was when a staff finally offered to walked me thru it. Then I needed to submit some documents for an identification check. I sent all three requested documents on Monday. Two days later I had not heard from them and I called to see what was going on and they said they were waiting for a document which was weird because I know I had loaded and it had said it sent ok. So I asked what was wrong with the bank statement I already sent because I don’t want to send the same one if there’s a problem and have further delays with it but they insisted they didn’t receive it. Therefore I resent it and there was an issue and I suspect it was the same issue as Monday but staff did not want to take accountability for not noticing and not informing me of the issue for days until I called them to flag it even though the info is infront of them. Then I was told it would take a day for company house to process it and this was Thursday and the process was started Monday. By mid week the following week, I had not heard anything and I called and was told the system was down. I called the next day and was told the system was down and they were backed up. So they did not notify me of issues again on there own it took me calling and checking up many times, which is a reactive model rather than a preventative model. These tasks took them two weeks to complete. I was told call answer would take a couple of days on Monday. It has been five daus. Therefore it has been three weeks so far. I emailed Friday and was told they would look into it and as of end of business day still no one has informed me of what’s going on with the call answer so I have sent a second email waiting now for Monday. I have not received the hard copies and I was told they mailed them a couple days ago go. They advertise the process is quick and easy and they take care of it so you can focus on other things. My experience is that it was not done quickly and they are not on top of it so you do have to worry and stay on top of them and therefore it is not stress free because they have shown me they are not on top of it. Customer service is nice when you talk to them but you have to stay on them to get things done. So far I’m disappointed and I wouldn’t recommend because if I was to do it over I’d try a different company or do it myself. Hopefully they can redeem themselves going forward.
