Stay away from this place

Poorly made denture with very bad craftsmanship. It took two months to receive, and when it finally arrived, it was extremely uncomfortable and unusable. You can’t chew at all while wearing it.

On top of that, no refund was offered, despite the product being clearly defective. Be aware that their factory is located in Hungary, which may explain the long turnaround time. Overall, a very disappointing experience and not worth the money.

They misrepresent themselves as a U.S

They misrepresent themselves as a U.S. based company. They are in fact not located in the U.S. Once I found out that they were not, I tried to cancel my order. They told me that I could only receive 18% back of the 824.60 I paid. This company is criminal! I reported the to the Federal Trade Commission and I also filed a report against them with the Office of Financial Regulation. They are stealing money from customers. Continue to report them until they are banned in the United States. They are a horrible company!!!

Don't fit!

Ordered one for my husband. They can't make them fit, even after sending the dentures back for fixing. And the company is not based in the US as they write everywhere, it's Hungary.

There was NO misunderstanding

There was NO misunderstanding, they raised the price before they shipped but after I had paid. So I had to pay them more money for a product that arrived late (two months late) and was made like garbage. Threw it away.

Great communication with Kolosi and his…

Great communication with Kolosi and his team. Received new flexible partial dentures and they fit perfectly. Some gum soreness but I am aware that this is normal. All in all a fantastic service from start to finish and would definitely recommend

void at all costs

ordered received then when I had an issue they offered two options I did not like they then blocked all contact the dentures leave you with buck teeth! costs a fortune shipping and everything else the owner does not like to help once your $$$ is taken they do not care

Don't buy here!

YOURDENTURESTORE was previously doing business as ROSENTHALDENTALLAB. The fact that they changed names, tells you all you need to know. The website looks exactly the same, just a different name. Glowing reviews that must be fake.
I bought, received a kit to make imprints. It was then that I found out I needed to mail to Hungary, expensive but I had already paid at this point. A couple months go by, I emailed "hey, where's my partial "? Wrote back that they're sending shortly. I got them a few weeks later, the top was so curved over it was impossible to get on, I emailed stating it was horrible and I want my money back. The reply was pretty much...tough luck, we made them from the imprints you sent. But let me tell you, I was so careful with the imprints and I had to send pictures to be approved before I mailed them. Hacks

Purchased a full set of dentures from yourdenturestore.com

Purchased a full set of dentures from this company in October 2023, at that moment the company was under Rosenthaldentlab.com, initially everything seemed legit, but then I received the upper and lower dentures, looked nice at first glance but the fit was terrible, so contacted the company for I structures, I was told to send the dentures back, but I had to purchase another impression kit, so I did and sent it all back, received the adjusted dentures but it was worse, now I'm stuck with useless plastic that is a terrible fit painful makes the gums bleed and I'm not getting a reply from the company, who by the way is located in Hungary in the town of Balatonalmadi, so if you believe you will save money think again.
