This was one of the best choices I made for myself and my lifestyle. Lisa was amazing and tailored everything to me and what I wanted from my life. The plan isn’t just about food and weight loss, she helped me to accept and love my body and we worked on being more comfortable in my own skin whilst trying to lose weight and better my health.
