Tricked during moment of panic and pain
Was in intense pain in middle of the night. Googled a different service by name and didn't notice when this service was ad forced to the top of my search. So I signed up and had to pay over 200$ for a service I was tricked into using. When talking on the phone with the doctor there was a bit of a language barrier that I was able to overcome, but didn't help that a literal rooster was going on screaming on their side of the call.

This is a very good service, especially with mental health care being in decline in our province, I have spoken to a few physicians and all very nice and helpful, had a bit of a misunderstanding about my meds but after a few tries/phone calls and a bit of frustration, got it sorted out, I would recommend this service.
