I have been ordering from your drink box for last 3 years and they have always been reliable with excellent service. It's the only place I've found caters with good quality alcohol free drinks so very impressed. Never disappointed!

I ordered an alcohol free bitters as I am pregnant- and a 50% abv bitters was sent. I contacted the company to ask for a refund and received a message from an iPhone saying they will sort the problem but following two chaser emails I have heard nothing back and am no closer to a refund or the correct item. Communication is poor and unprofessional, incorrect item received and now I am 30 pounds out of pocket. Particularly dangerous mistake as I have sober friends and this kind of error could result in a relapse. Will not be a returning customer

Update: the owners of the company contacted me following my review and explained the circumstances and have now sent me the correct item with an additional gift for any inconvenience. As a small business this was out of their control and they have more than made up for this. Thank you

Swift delivery, although perhaps slightly overpacked!

Great service from Your Drink Box. The lid of one of the bottles in my order came loose in transit resulting in a small leak. They sent a new, replacement bottle staright away, no quibbles. Well done guys! highly recommended.

I was looking for quality gifts for my sons new cocktail garden bar and came across this site which had syrups I had never heard of before and great cocktail accessories. Postage was quick and extremely well wrapped, could not fault.
