Excellent service, from the initial advice & quote, through installation to follow up afterwards. Everyone involved was helpful, informed and did exactly what they said they would, when they said they would do it. Only three weeks since the panels and battery went live but so far so good. Would happily recommend them.

We couldn't be happier with our installation of solar panels and battery storage in our home. The initial assessment was very informative and the follow up quote was very competitive and provided to us quickly. The installation team did an excellent job fitting the system and showing us how to use the equipment and supporting App. I would highly recommend EcoFuture Technology to anyone who wants to improve sustainability and lower their energy bills substantially. We have reduced our electric bills and had our first payment for reselling back to the grid! Great result!

Very good service. Communications good...quick reponse to online queries; confirm any agreed date the day before by text and get a text on the day when they set off with an ETA. Always do what they say they'll do. Staff pleasant and polite.

From start to finish, Ecofuture went the extra mile to make our switch to air source heating efficient, effective, fast and problem free. Our boiler broke down irreparably shortly before we were due to visit family in Australia for a month. Once we had made our decision the people at EcoFuture worked tirelessly to install our new system during the time we were away, even making sure the system was up and running and our house warm on our return! It continues to impress us every day and we have nothing but praise for the team who organised and installed our system.

First, their prices were very competitive and they had great ratings. We chose them because they were very prompt in all communication and were quick to answer all our follow-up questions. We had a little hiccup with our battery and the GivEnergy App. Mathew came to our home and did some troubleshooting, including breaking down the battery and giving it a "booster charge". Along with a firmware update, and we were back up, and in action again. Can not emphasize too much how important having that level of service and professionalism at your fingertips. Kuddos to Mathew and EcoFuture!!

EcoFuture are a brilliant, reliable and efficient company. We had our first service booked with Paul today who was very thorough, knowledgeable and nothing was too much hassle. Paul also managed to fix an ongoing issue with the heating in the main bathroom which we are so pleased about. Thank you! Highly recommend EcoFuture!

Eco future made what should be a daunting task, very straight forward and took away most of our stress. They were on hand for all our questions and turned up when they said they would. All in all our installation ran smoothly and for that we would recommend them

Our EcoFutures Heat Pump system has now been up and running for 3 weeks and we have found this a great improvement on our previous, rather tired, combi boiler.
We would like to thank all at EcoFutures from the planning stage through to installation, with a particular shout out to the installation team themselves. They were really professional and efficient throughout, answering all of our queries, whilst going out of their way to accommodate our presence in the house during the works.
The follow up support during our adjusting period has been good to-date and we would not hesitate to recommend EcoFutures

From the moment we ordered our air pump the communication was excellent
With our coordinator she kept us updated with everything and booked us in for fitting at the earliest date that was convenient.
The workmen that installed our air pump were very helpful and professional nothing was too much trouble for them
They had 2 young apprentices that were working with them and they were very respectful and knew exactly what they were doing.
They also tidied up as they went along
This company was recommended to us so glad that we used them.
After service is very good had call from electrician to check new solar battery was working correctly and see if I had any issues also our coordinator has kept in touch too (very polite young lady)

A great team…they listened to my ideas and made suggestions to help them become a reality. The design and installation teams worked well with my builders and then set everything in motion- explained everything clearly and patiently to us and now monitor and adapt it when necessary. We are delighted with the system: solar panels, batteries, air source, underfloor heating and car charger.

Ecofuture installed a solar battery for us recently. They were an absolutely fantastic company to deal with. Communication with them was great throughout the process, and everyone delivered everything they promised. The installation was done quickly and professionally, and we are delighted with the outcome. Our experience with Ecofuture was so good that we're hoping to have them install solar panels for us in the New Year.

Thoroughly recommend Ecofuture. Paul was very efficient carried out heat pump works as booked, he also made time to complete some extra unplanned work and fully explained how the heat pump works as an added bonus

Very pleased with the terrific job we had done by Ecofuture. PV Solar panel system supplied and fitted. Job was complete within 2 days and system working perfectly. after alot of shopping around and numerus calls and appointments with vairious companies we eventually found ecofuture. from the initial appointment with luke to explaine what the system was all about how it all works costs and benifits with no hard sell involved, which realy puts us off people , to the handover, we could not have had a better job done, the team ,luke,matty,paul,chris and connor were all excelent ,very proficiant at thier jobs, never stopped for a cuppa or lunch ,just got on with the install,any minor problems were fixed very quickly ,solar system and air source heat pump all working well ,well done lads ,thank you

We have just had solar panels with battery storage and an air source heat pump installed to replace our oil heating system.
The experience from our first contact with Luke to our final handover with Paul was extremely positive. Everybody we had contact with was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. The install teams were confident in their abilities, very skilful and tidy.
We are very pleased with the installations and the apps we have to monitor and control our new systems.

We have just had an air source heat pump installed by Eco Futures. The whole process has been excellent from initial assessment to installment. The installing team under Matty were very professional.

I recently had a Vaillant 7kw aroTHERM Plus and 200L Hot water cylinder installed by EcoFuture and I'm very happy with the results.

I found the Heat Loss Survey they conducted to be an extremely helpful first step, as it gave me confidence that the ASHP being installed was the right size, and resulted in a clear list of improvements that I could make to my home to further improve the efficiency of the system.

The installation team were very good. They were all punctual, knowledgeable, worked hard and completed the installation on time. Their communication was also very good throughout, keeping me updated on what work had been completed and next steps.

Once the installation was complete, their Renewable Services Manager gave me a thorough handover, and has visited a couple of times since to ensure everything is running correctly, advise on scheduling, and to optimise the setup to suit my needs.

I'm very happy with how the system has been working, and I would strongly recommend EcoFuture if you're looking to get an ASHP installed in your home.
