I attended the PA Show in November 2022 at Canary Wharf, whereby I attended Lindsay's session on conducting a personal SWOT analysis. I found the session really insightful and now conduct these on a 6 weekly basis, it is keeping me on track with my personal development. Lindsay was very informative in the session and this is a great tool to have!

Attended 5 things you can do to “Up your game” as a PA (Part Two) - this was an excellent session with some great tips and actionable take-aways I can actually use in my day to day work. I very much enjoyed this bespoke communications training combined with a 360° feedback. It was never boring and it was always humorous.

Lindsay offers her lived and professional experience working as an Assistant to give back and inspire others passing on a wide variety of learning, delivered in such an engaging and inclusive delivery style. Malcolm has a wealth of business experience and has delivered some fantastic sessions around finance and project management to our members and Josh is supporting our PA Forum ASPIRE community with a variety of virtual sessions as together we welcome and celebrate the next generation of Administrative Assistants, PAs and EAs.

Finance is not my strong point and nor something I have personally taken an interest in, it petrifies me but being self-employed it was something I really HAD to understand more of, I attended a 1 day course with Malcolm as part of a cohort, Malcolm smashed through the jargon and helped me understand that a PNL is NOT A P&L and the learning has allowed me to be more conscious and understand budgeting for events, budgeting for business and take control of my personal finances too!

Great training day with Lyndsay, very approachable training being conducted, alternating theoretical content & practice, to help embracing the concepts being taught on the fundamentals to create a good level of communication.

This is my second training experience with Your Excellency and just completed the "Principles of HR for Administrative Managers"

The course was thorough and Ingrid was a great teacher who was patient and helpful to answer all our questions.

The content of the course was practical and I learnt a lot from Ingrid and the students too.

Helpful from the first email, Your Excellency have made getting back to training a joy as well as actually having the modules I was looking for to add to my CPD as an experience EA. My cohort and I are 1 module in and 4 to go, loving the pace, the team building from a likeminded group and our tutors approach. I can see this being a long-term relationship through my CPD journey.

I recently completed the mini MBA and found it most useful in understanding my Executive more and learning about Strategy and Leadership in particular. I wrote a business case which I presented to my Executive and an outcome of this course is that I am putting on a dedicated PA day at work. Thanks to you and the course for enabling me to do this. I found it very interesting and well worth the time to complete.
