Found the carpet I was looking for at a considerably lower price than quoted everywhere else and saved a lot of money buying it from you, Great communication throughout with Fletcher and they even delivered it to me on a saturday morning to help with my work schedule. Genuinely impressed with this company. I've been looking for some very specific flooring which had been discontinued, Your Floor Store stocked a similar product in the same design so thought it was worth a punt.

They very quickly shipped a pack to a very local (within 5 miles) warehouse free-of-charge, which allowed me to check it over - and they held back some remaining stock whilst I did this. It matched!

I've now placed the order for the remaining packs and awaiting delivery. YFS, and in particular Fletcher could not have been more accommodating - especially given the tight timeframe.

Ordered a carpet with fitting and paid online. Company took the money and advised it was out of stock as made to measure. I was advised it would take up to two weeks to return my money. I was then told the carpet was not made to measure and that they simply didn’t have a big enough piece. Brusk email from Director Gareth to say “hey things go out of stock and we have done a good job here”. I totally appreciate that stock fluctuates but as things stand today, the stock is still being advertised for sale so the company would still take money on something they know they don’t have. As such, I would give this company a very wide berth.

Such an excellent experience with this flooring company from start to finish. They were incredibly easy to work with, offered great pricing, and the team was friendly and professional throughout the process! The quality of the work truly shows! They were worth every penny. A special shout out to the fitter, who was absolutely amazing and made sure everything was done to perfection.
I have 4 more rooms that need doing and won’t be going anywhere else!

Really quick and easy process. Took a week from start to finish. Gareth came out to measure, gave me a quote and 7 days later it was all fitted. Lovely finish to it and very informative with regards to time and pricing extremely good. Would highly recommend. Thank you!

I recently had Your Floor Store fit a beautiful Sandbar carpet throughout my living room with 10mm underlay, and I couldn’t be happier with the result! From start to finish, Gareth and Fletcher were professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. It was measured up and fitted within just 7 days, which was such a pleasant surprise.
The quality of the carpet and underlay is outstanding — it feels luxurious underfoot and has completely transformed the room. What impressed me just as much as the workmanship was the price. For the level of quality and service provided, it was fantastic value.

Had my vinyl fitted within a week of paying for such a well known brand at a very cheap cost. Other places quoted me over double for the price and would’ve had to wait for 2 months before it was fitted! Extremely happy with the finish and my floor looks amazing, thanks again.
