Ordered from CDON a camera and wanted to return it. I could not get a return ticket from them.

They keep asking me if I wanted to return it…

I have to ask 5 times for my return ticket and help with that! So bad! It was like they did not want me to return the product. Stay away from this bad company!

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!
They are Stealing your MONEY, your BANK DETAILS and PERSONAL DATA !
They claimed my 64 years old mum have paid 2 euro to sign for their Gold Membership program and they have charged her(47 euro a month x 2 months) that they turned in to credit to be used only for their shop.

After the transaction was disputed, the stores answer is that my 64 years old mother have agreed to terms and conditions and they cant refund her, however she can spend the money on products in their shop. As far I am concerned that is plain day robbery. I would recommend checking twice before ordering ANYTHING from this people, also, be very careful clicking on anything on their site or might have given them permission to live in your house by clicking Agree. ( If you have clicked Agree in the first place is questionable !)

Scam. I clicked an Advert for a vacuum backpack as my Mrs is.goin to Paris for the weekend and I thought it would be a good gift. Checked my emails and its actually a membership, with the guy on livechat claiming they don't have the backpack on offer. Reported to bank. Defo a scam. Other reviews look fake

UPDATE: Have refunded the money, but still claiming i signed up to a membership. Funny how almost every review is geared around them fixing an issue...I.e. everyone is signed up to a membership without them knowing! They're emailing me, obvs hoping I will change my review...you gave me back the money you stole from me - thanks for that

I received a fake offer on Instagram and they collected my data(name, credit card and adress)for delivery.
After 5 days Unauthorized charges was collected from my card and I had to cancel my credit card. After along communication and my review on trustpilot (THANK YOU TRUSTPILOT) finally I got my refund.....

I like the way Kenny is reaching out hut other than that no. I think the company has to be more specific by explaining their app and I insist that they should give people a refund I'm sure not plot of people understand their concept.
