I purchased from you something that could not be found anywhere in the uk, pepto bismol, it is the only thing that will help with my intermittent tummy problems, was easy to order and arrived within a few days, prices are quite high admittedly but you at least made it possible for me to obtain this magic elixir, thankyou, I will order this again at some point, again, thankyou

Thank goodness I found your health boutique! I wanted PeptoBismol no longer available in the UK. Why?
This company sources and delivers. There is no replacement medication for this item and for occasional bouts if abdominal problems it's what you need. OK the price is a bit more than it would be from the high Street but considering they have to import it its not excessive at all.
I ordered on 10th January it was delivered on 12th January so the post office had their act together that week.
Thank you your health boutique for an excellent service.

Pepto Bismol - impossible to source, but healthboutique came up trumps (US import I think). Checked with Chat human on availability etc - bona fide company and reviews. Very friendly service, good delivery considering strikes and Xmas, well packaged. Personal niggle - costs a lot more, but then again it is an import, not a shelf stock item. Hence still 5 stars.

Hi Tom,
Before you ordered, it was clearly stated all over our website that there are delays due to Royal Mail. We clearly advised customers not to order if you can't accept that the item may be delayed due to the Royal Mail strikes, but you went ahead and ordered anyway. You agreed to this as well as our Terms and Conditions. You ordered on 22/12/22, and it was collected the same day. Royal Mail were on strike the following two days and then it was Christmas. You order arrived on 28/12/22, which given the circumstances isn't bad going.
We're really disappointed that despite our request to customers not to order if they couldn't accept that there may be a delay, you went ahead and ordered anyway and then went left us negative feedback for something you were warned about, and for something entirely outside of our control.
We're a small business and are trying our best under difficult conditions.
