Excellent customer service.

I had a problem with a recent order (which would have been their supplier's fault, not theirs) so I emailed my problem to them. I had an almost instant reply apologizing. They refunded me fully (even though I had started one of the products) and paid for the postage to return the goods for analysis.
I received excellent customer service throughout the process, all emails were answered very quickly. 10 out of 10 for looking after your customers. Many thanks.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience - ordered 2 weeks ago - order still not even sent (I presume it was not, in fact, in stock) and no emails have been responded to.

Avoid at all costs.
